Cozy up in this spacious 2 bedroom condo with fantastic location! Cimarron is 1 block off of Main St. and 300 yards from base of Peak 9. Master features a king w/ attached bath and the guest bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed. Large living room features a wood burning fireplace and sleeper sofa. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room. In unit washer/dryer. Building features hot tubs, heated garage, elevator. Access to Upper Village Pool 1 block away.
The Space
• Large open plan kitchen, dining and living room with wood burning fireplace, sleeper sofa and private deck.
• Master bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom
• Second bedroom with twin over double bunk bed and hall bathroom
• In-unit washer/dryer
• Balcony with bar and chairs and mountain views
• Wood burning fireplace. Firewood, fire starters and matches are provided.
• Maximum Overnight Occupancy Limit: 7 guests
Building and Amenities:
• Parking: 1 car max- there is a small outdoor parking area and an underground garage (height clearance 7'6"). Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot will have to park at one of the pay overnight lots in Breckenridge; the Airport Road lot or Ice Rink lot. More information can be found at BreckPark.
• Two indoor hot tubs and a sauna located just one floor down in the building , open year-round.
Upper Village Pool Clubhouse:
• Heated outdoor pool
• 1 Indoor hot tub
• 2 Outdoor hot tubs
• Open noon-8pm
• Located approximately 150 yards away at 450 Village Rd. There is a path behind the Cimarron building that goes directly to the clubhouse. Parking on-site at the clubhouse is limited.
• This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2026 CLOSURE dates:
- Maintenance: Approximately mid April (likely April 12th) to the Friday before Memorial Day
- Fall Maintenance: Approximately September 28th (Monday after Oktoberfest) to mid or late November.
Location:
• One block from Main Street with plentiful shopping and restaurants
• About 300 yards to the Quicksilver Lift/ Base of Peak 9*
• One block from the bottom of 4 O'Clock Run. At the end of the day take 4 O'Clock Run all the way down to the bottom and walk 1 block back to the building.
• Bus stop located across the street. Bus routes continue to the Breck Connect gondola and the Breckenridge Transfer Station with other bus options to continue to Keystone, Frisco or Copper Mountain.
*Please note that Peak 9 and 4 O'Clock Run may be closed early and/or late season. Peak 9 typically opens by Thanksgiving and closes mid April. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain and lift statuses.
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

• Simple, contactless check-in and check-out. No need to check in at an office, you'll be able to go straight to the property to check-in.
• We don't require chores upon your departure. This is your vacation! Our housekeepers will take care of everything. Loading and starting the dishwasher is helpful, but not required.

Other Things To Note
» The minimum age to rent is 25.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning, most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
