This unit is not located in the Peak 9 Inn Building, nor does it face towards the Peak 9 Inn Building. The fitness center is expected to remain open, except on Friday, October 27, 2025, to Friday, October 31, 2025, when it will be closed.
If you're looking for convenience, your search is over! This is a ski-in / ski-out unit, meaning hiking/biking trails are adjacent to the unit. The unit is a 1/2 block walk to Main Street in Breckenridge, offering excellent amenities (indoor/outdoor pool, four hot tubs, workout room, etc.). Maggie Pond is adjacent to The Village at Breckenridge, where a variety of water sports, including fishing, are available.
Three queen beds / two full baths / Full kitchen. Elevator access to the unit. The unit is located within the Village at Breckenridge Wetterhorn (clock tower) building.
The condo features two sleeping areas (see layout photo for the condo's footprint), two full bathrooms, and is located in the Village at Breckenridge. The unit has three (3) Queen-size beds, two (2) full bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Perfect for couples/ families. This spacious unit is decorated with antique skis, snowshoes, toboggans, and ice skates; the condo displays the enjoyments of Breckenridge in a time not forgotten.
The living area has a 50' HDTV 1080P Smart TV with DVD/VCR/CD player and a 40' HDTV in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of cookware, utensils, and dishes. It has a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave for your convenience. There is also a coffee maker, a blender, and a crock pot. In addition, a humidifier and a fan are included. The gas fireplace is on a timer for your safety. All linens/towels, paper towels, and dish soap are provided. Coin-operated laundry machines are on the floor of this unit. The Village at Breckenridge offers high-speed wireless (WIFI) to this unit.
The Village at Breckenridge HEALTH CLUB is included in your stay at this location. It is located in the Peak 9 Inn Building and has an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, four outdoor hot tubs, a dry sauna, a steam room (highly recommended in Colorado’s dry climate), a workout room, and shower/locker rooms. The health club also provides an endless supply of towels for your use, as well as free video games and billiards. Additionally, a free theater room is available for your family's enjoyment, located downstairs in the health club.
Please let me know if you need my assistance with parking. First, I recommend taking the shuttle to avoid parking fees throughout Breckenridge. This is particularly convenient for guests traveling by air. There are various shuttles to/from the Denver International Airport. There are also shuttle services available throughout Summit County. I have discounts available to save you money on shuttle costs.
Parking: Option 1: The Village at Breckenridge charges a nightly parking fee. Parking costs vary by the time of year. May 31 is $6/night. June 1 to Oct 31 is $16/night. Option 2: I own another unit, approximately 150 yards to the east. If parking is available at this location during the required time, you can park there for free. Option 3: There is also parking nearby at the ice rink. This is serviced by the Breck Free Ride shuttle service, allowing you to get back and forth to your car easily.
I can help you with transportation options to/from Denver International Airport via a shuttle (no need to rent a car and be concerned about driving/parking). No car is needed to make this vacation a memorable one! Let me know what I can do for you!

Across the street from the Village at Breckenridge is a stop for Breckenridge's FREE SHUTTLE BUS SYSTEM that can take you throughout town or connect you with FREE BUS SERVICES to other area resorts such as Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, or Copper Mountain.
No smoking/vaping, no pets, no exceptions... sorry. This is strictly enforced by the Village at Breckenridge HOA, management, and the owner. When booking this unit, you agree to these house rules.
