Step out the door and explore the heart of Breckenridge's Historic District, where you'll find charming shops, delicious eateries, and lively bars. With the lifts just a short walk away, you'll have easy access to a day of skiing or snowboarding. And if you want to explore further afield, the free shuttle stops just steps away, offering convenient access to other popular destinations around town.

Inside, our condo is the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace with HOA-provided wood and catch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Or cook up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room, which seats 4. When it's time to retire for the night, sink into the plush queen-sized bed in the bedroom, complete with its own flat-screen TV.

Perfect location
Perfect location! Super short walked to the chair lift and close to lots of good restaurants. Only complaint would be that the pull out couch was not in good condition, and there was only 1 spoon, but otherwise enjoyed the place!

Nice little place just off Main Street
We enjoyed our stay due to the walking distance location and the affordable price. It was fine for the two of us. Walls are a bit thin and noise transmits easily. The walk has a few stair cases and is about 10 minutes if you’re fit, but was a bit much in ski boots for some members of our party.

Great location, reasonable price.
Overall cleanliness was OK, but some sticky goo left on dining room table. Place a bit outdated with furniture and bed (both a bit worn) but fully functional. Wish they would allow parking until next check-in so wouldn’t need to move car before skiing on last day. Good non-contact communications from Skyrun

Great location in Breckenridge
We had a week long ski trip to a few different mountains and this was one of the ones we stayed at in Breck. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the lift. There is a shuttle location across the street but we just walked it was so close. The only complaint I have is the beds. The hide-a-bed as other reviews have noted is pretty terrible. The bed in the bedroom is bearable, but not so great either really. Younger people probably wouldn't care. At 50, it mattered to us. If those were updated we would stay again for sure. If not, will probably look elsewhere.

Perfect Spot for Breakenridge Trip
We loved staying here! The location is absolutely perfect! Close to chair lift, Main Street and the Grocery Store. We had a rental car that we didn’t touch until we were heading back to the airport. If you’re planning to stay around town, I would suggest just shuttling into Breakenridge. No need for a car if you’re staying at this condo. We were a little concerned about the noise complaints we had read in other reviews. However, that was not a problem for us at all and we stayed over New Years. It is a very cozy spot with a view of the slopes, we 100% would love to come back again!

Right behind La Cima Mall with lots of food options / bars. Quick walk to the grocery store and doable walk to the Quicksilver Chair with equipment.
