After passing under the gatepost and winding up the private driveway, you'll find this lovely 4-bedroom, 4-bath home with views that overlook the entire Tenmile Range. Named after the mining claim on which it is built, St. James Place is perfect for families looking for a true mountain getaway while offering plenty of activity.



The Space:

Sleeping: Bedroom 1: king size bed - attached full size bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 2: queen size bed - attached full size bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 3: queen size bed – attached full size bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 4: bunk with queen size lower and twin upper – attached full size bath (sleeps 3); Additional sleeping: office/tv area with additional queen size pull out bed (sleeps 2).



The Neighborhood:

This home is privately located on 5 acres only 3.5 miles to Main Street Breckenridge on Baldy Mountain. Find the exclusion you are looking for while not sacrificing the proximity to the world class ski resort of Breckenridge (only a five-minute drive).



Getting Around:

A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required to rent this home during winter months!



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. Checking in and out is simple and someone is always available to provide assistance. Rest assured that you’ll arrive to a professionally cleaned and fully stocked home. Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with pet/animal, party, and event restrictions.
