    This beautifully upgraded 2-bedroom Sawmill Creek condo, hosted by Great Western Lodging, comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and offers a welcoming mountain retreat in the heart of Breckenridge. Recent upgrades include fresh paint, new ceiling fans, bathroom fixtures, furniture, dishes and cutlery, and patio furnishings. The living area features a gas fireplace and a brand-new American Leather sleeper sofa with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day of adventure. The fully stocked kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer provide the conveniences of home, while the condo’s private deck offers stunning views of the ski resort. Brand-new, top-of-the-line Queen mattresses and bedding provide a comfortable night’s sleep after exploring the mountains.

    Sawmill Creek offers a covered parking space, two indoor hot tubs, shared grills, and convenient ski storage. The shuttle stop directly in front of the building provides easy access to the nearest chairlift and other destinations around town.

    The condo is ideally located just 20 yards from the bottom of Four O’Clock Run and one block from historic Main Street. Enjoy easy access to skiing, restaurants, shops, and Breckenridge’s year-round outdoor recreation, all from this convenient in-town location.

The room(s) seemed dated with heating equipment looking very old. But overall it worked, it delivered and we were pleased with our stay. No functionality issues. Easy in and out and close to everything we needed. Would probably stay there again.

Better Views than the picture shows!

We had a great time here. Perfect location for skiing to the end of the 4 o clock run at the end of the day, then hopping into the hot tub. Just a short walk over to the restaurants in town. Would definitely stay again!

Long Weekend in Breck

Quick ski trip with friends - great location, clean, very comfortable beds. Convenient, covered parking. Easy walk to downtown and the gondola. Ski right up to property at the end of the day. Overall great experience.

AWESOME LOCATION

Great location to ski in and shuttle was right outside and we took the 2 min ride to Snowflake which was a 20 step walk to be on the lift with no line. The walk to Main St was almost as easy as getting to the slopes. Perfect location.

Spacious and comfortable. Ideal location for Downtown. A bit outdated and master Shower a bit wonky. Lots of traffic noise on balcony Or with balcony doors open. Wonderful visit.

Perfect Location

The check-in process was smooth. We got into town a few hours early, but they were kind enough to let us in. The condo was as advertised and worked perfectly for our group of 4. A few nice things that they thought to keep in there: a foam roller, an extra monitor and mouse (for working remotely) and extra cords / power strips. The condos are at the end of the 4 O'Clock run, so you ski to about 5' from the elevator entrance! Plus it's only a few blocks from the gondola and all of the restaurants / shops.

Great ski in location!

The condo was clean and well stocked, but a little bit dated. It is the last building at the end of the 4 O’clock run and was very easy to ski to at the end of the day. The free shuttle stops are right outside the building and run frequently so it was easy to get to a lift or the gondola. The indoor hot tubs were great after a long day of skiing. Parking was tight in the parking garage. We rented a large truck so we parked outside. It was a short walk to Main Street. Can’t beat this location!

Amazing location

We had a great time at this property. We are a family of four with two teens and the size was perfect. I have one son and one daughter so the 2 beds in bedroom 2 was great. The condo was extremely clean, well-kept and provided most amenities needed. The best part was the location. It was an easy walk to the ski gondola and you can literally ski down 4 O'Clock run practically to the front door at the end of your day. Also, it was an easy walk to Main Street and all the restaurants, shops, etc. And there is a sledding hill a couple of blocks away (sleds can be found in the condo's ski locker). Breckenridge is heaven on earth and we did not eat a bad meal all week. Definitely recommend the Horseshoe and Twist. Canteen Taphouse was also nice. Thanks for the wonderful trip!

This is not a real ski in ski out.

You have to walk 10 minutes to the gondola. A lot of noise a party from other apartments. Elevator and parking very dirty. The knob of the door dosn’t not work properly. The day of check out event it was at 10am, I have some body trying to enter at the appartment at 7:50 am. It was scary while we was sleeping and hear somebody trying to enter to the appartment.

Convenient to skiing and town

Just what you need and no more. Ski right off at the end of 4 o’clock run and steps to the elevator. Bus pick up right in front. Short walk to town.

Very efficient and easy check-in check-out process. This condo was very accommodating for three adults. Great location w modern, updated decor. Beds are just ok, not the most comfortable and kitchen wasn’t spotless. Had to wipe down stove and countertops. Layered in dust. Also dishes had crusted food on them. Hand washed everything prior to use. Floor heaters could use good wipe down. Hair on them in bathrooms. It is overall a very nice place to stay, just needs a little more attention to cleaning
