Fun staycation.

Well equipped and as described. Biggest limitation is only 3 parking spots, but can't be helped. Hot tub was awesome and under the deck, so perfectly protected from weather but awesome views. I would recommend!

Excellent Home away Home in Breck

Very nice property 15 minutes away from Gondola at Breck.You can fit up to 12 people comfortably, BBQ, Kitchen, Jacuzzy, lot of space to share, everything you can think of...

Fun winter trip

The kids and grandkids enjoyed the hot tub of immensely. After several inches of snow, the views were beautiful

Great spot in Blue Lake!

Great home with multi levels for multi generation family vacation! Beautiful view, great kitchen and comfy all the way around! Management very responsive to all questions and requests. We left very satisfied.

Great view and just short miles outside Breckenridge. very clean, nice hot tub, great view. Just some places have shown some wear and tear. Overall great place and would highly recommend.

Amazing!

We loved staying at this house. We went with a large group and it was perfect as it provided space for everyone. It's so cute and cozy and clean. Loved the hot tub and beautiful views of the mountains. Only a quick drive to downtown Breckinridge makes this the perfect location for your trip. Would definitely go back and stay again!

Perfect guest house

Perfect size house for 6 adults and 6 children. Everything we needed was available and the sleeping arrangement/layout was amazing. We had an amazing stay just hanging out at the house or traveling the short distance into town for some fun snow activities! I would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Great place to stay

What a really fun place to stay. Super clean. Lots of room and rooms. Amazing view of the beautiful mountains. Relaxing hot tub to enjoy in the brisk air with fun lighting. Loved that I could wash and dry my clothes while staying there too. Not a far drive from downtown and yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Very much recommend with cute little hide away.

Beautiful mountain view

Our multigenerational family group was able to make use of all the generous space provided in this home. Located about 10 miles south of Breckenridge was a plus . Close enough to enjoy amenities in town and far enough away to relax in the peace of trees and mountain viewing. Plenty of trails to keep all levels of hikers entertained. Plenty of bedroom space and bathrooms for all children and adults.

Great Place To Getaway From It All

This house is beautiful and spacious with a wonderful view of the mountains. The deck is a perfect place to watch the sun rise and hit mountain peaks in the morning while drinking a cup of coffee. We loved how comfortable and tucked away it was from everything but it's a quick drive to town or the hiking trails. The hot tub and outdoor lighting made for fun and relaxing evenings in the crisp air. It has all the amenities we needed for a family getaway. We loved staying there and absolutely recommend this house. We definitely be coming back.

Love it!!

The property was lovely inside. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need, down to the seasoning. lol. The scenery with snow and pine trees were postcard picture perfect. It was 15 minutes from the main strip of activities.

First time visit to the Mountains

For most of us this was our first visit to the mountains. We had an amazing, the house was perfect for us. The view was incredible and breathtaking every morning looking out the big picture window at that view. House had everything we needed. Had a minor issue with the hot tub and it was taken care of immediately, couldn't ask for better communication. We thank you for lending your home to us.

Beautiful House!

Stayed at the Gasthaus for a long girls weekend. I was blown away by just how big, beautiful, and clean this house was. My bed was so comfortable, the rooms were decorated so cute, and the bathrooms are bright and obviously brand new. Each room has its own TV. And there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. But then we had plenty of room to all hang out together. One of my favorite parts is the eight person hot tub. It was clean and so fun. Next visit to breck, we will definitely be staying here again!

excellent property - altitude a problem

house was lovely, clean, beautiful views. The few things missing (toilet paper) were quickly replaced by a friendly and very helpful staff! Biggest problem was altitude - not mentioned in the description of property. Well over 10,000 feet - we all struggled - especially as house has many stairs! Should be mentioned.

Mouse in the House

The stay was the first two nights. Following that our hot tub stopped working, we found roaches and a mouse in the house. We requested to be moved to another one of their properties due to that and were met with someone hanging up the phone on me. This was an awful stay and we also had someone get sick during that time.

Great Place

Overall, the property was nice with great views. No complaints, everything was as advertised. The altitude was too much for our group, so it’s something to keep in mind. We had to check out early as someone in our group was later diagnosed with acute respiratory failure. Before he was diagnosed, we informed the owners that we would be checking out early. By no means did they have to send a refund, to my surprise a refund was issued by the owner and we are so appreciative. Again, great property and the owners are surely great business people. I highly recommend this property.

Nice place to stay

The house is roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here. A couple of limitations that should be noted are parking and the stairs to each level are narrow. No where does the listing talk about the 3 car limit. This would have been an issue if everyone invited had need able to come. The windows need some serious work as they feel like they are coming apart when we tried to open them. A recycle bin is needed. The management company was very responsive when texted. A heads up would have been appreciate when the hot tub person showed up.

last review was cut off.. HOUSE WAS AMAZING!

I hit submit before I was able to completely finish my review.. BUT the house was incredible! while some of the mattresses seemed used & needed to be replaced (see review below) the pictures do not do this place justice! waking up every morning to the view of the back patio + nature was so serene & peaceful. the hot tub is on the 3rd level & we were given plenty of towels for hot tub use and the bathrooms. skyrun was extremely accommodating and even brought a brand new blender when we did not have one in the kitchen. the house was so spacious that we didn't feel crowded with our party of 10! loved this house so much!!

Amazing House!!

my friends & I stayed stayed in the GastHaus & the views were amazing! the entire house was large enough to fit 10 adults without walking over each other. The house is almost at 11k above elevation so be sure to make sure everyone in your group stays hydrated b/c altitude sickness is a real thing! I would like to say that the mattresses in the main floor room & also in the bottom rooms were not the best. I had friends complain that their mattresses would sink in and seemed warped. maybe it's just wear & tear from everyone sleeping on them but it seemed like it's time for the mattresses to be replaced.

Great Spot Near Breckinridge

For our group vacation this year we planned on going to Breckinridge. There are 14 of us so finding a place that can actually fit 14 people (adults and teens that think they're adults) can be challenging. Gasthaus Breck was perfect for us. Everyone had a bed, no one had to sleep on a couch or pull out to make it work. The view of Quandary Mountain from the deck were amazing and a great way to start and end the day with the sun setting behind it. The location was perfect for us for a quick run into Breck and to head out for daily adventures. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that we were a quick trip up the mountain to Hoosier Pass / The Continental Divide. We had a couple little issues that were handled immediately and without question. Everything about the house was inviting and comfortable which made returning "home" everyday a great experience. Great house !! Couldn't have been happier with our experience.

Great Group House

We had a great stay after New Year's with 4 families for a group ski trip. All the adults had a room and bathroom and the kids filled the bunk room and open basement room. It worked perfectly. The common area was big enough for everyone (note the table seats 8, but one side is a bench and we were able to seat 10 kids at a time), the "boot/jacket room" in the foyer was perfect for everyone's gear, and the tri-level layout allowed people to spread out. There were plenty of towels (including hot tub towels), paper products, and trash bags provided. The kids had an amazing time building an igloo and sled route next to the house on our "off" day. Internet was quick and didn't seem hampered by so many of us connecting at a time. Sky Run management was great to work with and we didn't have any issues.
