Welcome to Heis Haus, a refreshed and spacious mountain retreat located near Peak 9 in Breckenridge. This updated home features new flooring, fresh paint, upgraded kitchen appliances, and all-new beds and linens, offering a clean, modern, and comfortable setting for families, couples, and groups.

The property includes 2 private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms plus a versatile loft with additional sleeping accommodations, ideal for young families or groups needing flexible space. With 3 queen beds, 2 fulls, and 3 twins, Heis Haus comfortably sleeps 8.

The name Heis Haus translates to “The Lift House,” reflecting both the Scandinavian heritage infused into Breckenridge and the home’s exceptional proximity to Breckenridge Ski Resort. From energized morning coffee rituals to cozy après-ski nights, the home blends comfort, character, and mountain atmosphere seamlessly.

Guest Access:

On the second floor of the building up two flights of stairs, entry is the left door at the top.



Getting Around:

Free shuttle picks up just on the street behind the building at Base 9 Stop.



Other Things to Note:

Each home comes with an Amenity Kit that includes 2 rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 2 paper towel rolls, dish soap, and some dishwasher tabs, and a couple of trash bags.

The home offers parking for 2 vehicles, parking is assigned with one spot next to the unit and another at the entrance to the parking lot with unit number. Colorado Traction Laws were recently updated, ensure you are in compliance for a smooth trip. We are unable to help in the event you are unable to navigate the winter weather or become stuck, be prepared for the areas potentially severe weather!
