The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with top-of-the-line appliances to create delectable home-cooked dishes to savor, including a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee maker. Gather around the high-top bar with seating for four, where your culinary creations become a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

After a day of mountain adventures, sink into the sumptuous embrace of the large plush couch or the oversized side chair with an inviting ottoman. Whether you're engrossed in a DVD movie on the expansive flat-screen TV or immersed in the pages of your vacation novel, the decorative gas fireplace will envelop you in warmth and comfort, making you feel right at home.

Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.

The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.

Came in off season, great location, had a small maintenance issue that was addressed in 24 hours. Building was under construction and wasn’t told until 24 hours after check-in. Luckily, it wasn’t a problem, but was not handicapped accessible due to the construction. Communication was prompt and accessible.
