Great Property and Manager; poor management company
The condo in Breck was great. It had easy check in and was well stocked with linens etc. the property was as described. The location is great. Toby, the property manager, responded quickly during business hours and was very helpful.
However, our first night after check in the entire condo complex lost hot water. We didn’t know it was the entire complex and thought it was just our unit as the failure happened after hours and nothing was communicated to us. We tried contacting the provided 24hr emergency contact line by the management company and the 3rd party call center was unable to ever reach anyone at the management company. We were stuck for the night with no hot water and no explanation until Toby responded during the next business day. The call center said they left multiple messages with the management emergency team, but we never heard from them. Toby was the only one who provided updates. Fortunately, the complex resolved the issue quickly the next day.
