Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Very nice place located next to Main St. Great neighborhood and close to a dog park which was convenient for us to walk out dogs to. The condo was well taken care of and decorated nicely. Bed was comfortable too. I would definitely recommend.

Great location, not very clean

The best part about this condo is the location- easy walking to nearly anything downtown. However, it was extremely dirty. Both showers wouldn’t drain nor would the master sink. Cabinet doors were falling off and many of the dishes in cabinets were filthy. The bed frames were rickety and shook if you so much as sat on the bed or rolled over. Be sure to bring your own paper towels and toilet paper. They only have one ply. We checked in on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and requested they come to fix the showers and reclean. They showed up unannounced on Thanksgiving morning and we requested they return on Friday but they never did. Communication with the property manager was terrible. It’s obvious they’re just a large company and don’t care about customer service. Great location like I said but everything else about this place was disappointing. Not sure how it’s received good reviews for cleanliness.

The property was fantastic and perfect for our group! The location was walkable to everywhere. The place had all the amenities we needed including kitchen supplies to cook dinners. It's the right size for 4-5 people. I would stay here again!

What a great place to stay!! The location is one block off the main street where all the shops and restaurants are. Very large, beautiful view, very nicely decorated and very well stocked. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again next visit.

Overall experience from checkin to checkout was seamless. Location location location - you cant beat it. Walking distance to peak 9 base and lift as well as rental shops for your gear. The grocery store directly across the street was very convenient as well as walking distance to all the shops on main street. The unit itself was tastefully decorated with 2 bd 2 baths. Unit also had pull outs which we didnt use during our stay and beds were medium firm mattresses with washer/dryer in unit. The gas fireplace kept us warm in the low temperatures after dinner or skiing. Dedicated parking space for one vehicle assured that you would have a spot to park in unlike other locations. Would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular Customer Service, Great location

This property was truly 5/5 stars in every way. The location was better than we realized when booking - across the street from the grocery story and wine store, one block from Main St, walking distance to the Villages ski school for our 3 yo, literally less than 2 blocks from every restaurant we had reservations at. And spotless, with an exceptionally well-supplied kitchen. There were a few very minor things that we spoke to Sky Run about (an issue with the coffee maker, a cosmetic crack in the dryer door, for example), and they sent someone from maintenance within a few hours. Phenomenal place, great customer service. We are already planning our trip for 2023!

This property was as advertised. We were very happy with our stay. We weren’t told the fireplace was out of service, which was no big deal but the rental offered a refund for the inconvenience. We also had some troubles with the WiFi while we stayed and they worked to get it fixed every chance they got and called to check in on the status of it as well.

A Great Place for a Weekend Getaway

A beautiful little chalet-style property with a fantastic view and close access to downtown shopping and nearby hiking trails. We had a great time here. We went in the summer but could tell this would be a great destination for skiers. We would absolutely come back.
