Excellent spot for a Breck vacation

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Super cozy and perfect location. Ideal for access to gondola and ability to ski back home. And amazing location to walk to town in the evenings.

Great location!

The condo is in a great location at the back of the property with easy access to the main roads, so you can walk into town. It was very clean and had everything you'd need while staying away from home. We wish we were staying longer! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Breck!

Great location!

Convenient location to slopes and downtown! Never had to use our cars. BMMA shuttle was super convenient and walk to Gondola was easy. Loved being so close to the hot tub and the heated garage was a plus.

Perfect Ski Cabin / Condo

We enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and conveniently walkable to Main Street. It was nice having a garage, ski in access, and hot tub basically right in front of the condo. I would recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect spot!

The perfect spot for our family ski vacation. Walking distance to town. Easy to get to the slopes. Right beside the hot tub for some after ski relaxation. We highly recommend!

Awesome Location

This beautiful townhome had everything we needed and more. The mattresses were so comfy and it was a pleasant suprise to find so many comforts just like home- even the discount card for City Market. It was a really short walk downtown and provided the perfect location for my family's vacation. We especially loved the hot tub right outside the front door. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends as well!

Perfect Ski Trip

The property was exactly as described. Very clean, well-maintained. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen well-stocked with plenty of glassware, dishes, cookware and utensils. Communication with property manager was excellent. The location was perfect for travelling with two teenagers - they could easily walk to Main Street. The gondola is super close. Skiing back to the townhouse at the end of the day was fantastic. The one thing that would make this property even better would be larger TVs - especially in the living area.

Highly recommend! Great place to stay!

First of all the service was super! The owner is very responsive. For example, the coffee pot was broken and she replaced it quickly. The property is very clean. Beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The heated two car garage was a surprise. I would highly recommend this location for families on a ski trip. We will stay here again!

Family Breck ski trip

The location and layout of the condo were great. Unfortunately, we had the following issues: washing machine knob was broken and had to use pliers to get it to work which was difficult; DISH tv did not work for 7 days and took many conversations with property management to fix; Wi-Fi was weak - did not allow streaming or two remote workers at the same time; the biggest issue was when we stripped the bed in the primary bedroom and discovered the mattress pad was soiled which completely grossed us out. Also, it is a difficult and longer than expected walk to the gondola. It is unfortunate that we had these issues because otherwise the unit was great, needs attention before we would rent there again.

Great location

First trip to Breckenridge. This unit had a walkable location which was very convenient to restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive. We also enjoyed the hot tub that was just steps from the unit.

Location is the best, the townhome was very nice

I took my family of 6 to Breckenridge and we really enjoyed the townhome. It could not be in a better location. It was very clean and the owners are good people. We would love to come back another time.

Perfect location for skiing

Condo was the perfect location for skiing. I dropped off my son and husband and whenever they were ready to come back they just came down the 4'Oclock run right to the condo.

Ski Vacation

Stayed with my family for a great winter/ ski vacation. Loved the big garage, easy parking, walking distance to Breck and Gondola. I could ski back into the driveway and a BMMA shuttle service picked us up every morning for free

Super Clean Great Location

Very nice clean 3 bedroom right next to end of gondola run. Fully appointed kitchen, bbq, hot tub out side the door and heated 2 car garage. The private bowling was a nice added perk. Town is a 5 minute walk(there are free shuttles too) for lots of food options. Great trip. Would book again.

Family Ski Trip

The property was outstanding, and in a great location. Close to town and to the gondola. Also had a nice pool and hot tubs all over the place. Well equipped with toiletries and towels. Kitchen had everything you would need. Even had a red fox hanging outside a few days. Highly recommend.

Family Ski Trip with Wheelchair User

This Town Home has wheel in access.with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The ski shuttle was amazing and convenient. You can ski in at the end of the day. The access to One Ski Hill’s bowling and movie room made for great apres ski activities. We had 7 people, and it was perfect!

More than a skiing destination

Three friends of mine and I have been coming here for 7 years and each year web stay at this townhouse. It's perfect for the four of us, close to town and a great jumping off point for the many first class golf courses in the region. We play a round a day, then come back to relax in the hot tub that is just steps away, then either walk to the town or grill on the patio. It's perfect. Are you are an avid golfer looking for a great golf destination, there are a number of great courses to choose from. Some of us favorites are the Jack Nicklaus designed Breckenridge courses and the two course at Keystone. Since we fly in to Denver, we've also enjoyed a number of courses there on our travel days in and out of Breckenridge.

Perfect location for ski vacation

As others have said the best feature of this property is the location. The ski back trail through the woods lands you just feet from the front door. It is close enough to the gondola to walk, but we opted to take the free shuttle that picks up at the base of Mountain Thunder Drive. There was even enough snow on the roadside to ski to the shuttle! Prior to arrival I submitted a question as to the sleeping arrangements, but never heard back. The listing headline indicates that it sleeps 8 in 4 beds but the house rules state max guests as 8 but it sleeps only 6. It turns out that the sofa in the living room is a sleep sofa, so if guests don't want to share a bed, the sleep sofa will accommodate them nicely.

Perfect location

Comfortable property with great location for a weekend stay in Breckinridge. One of the shared hot tubs was practically in our backyard. We even had a mama and baby moose come visit at the hot tub fence! There were just a couple of minor maintenance issues that weren’t at all impactful to our stay. We also had a little confusion in finding the house as our directions provided the building number but not the unit number. The front desk at the lodge provided help to determine the unit. Our one disappointment was there is no longer a playground for the young children in the family. We would recommend that the listing be updated to reflect this.
