Welcome to The Cimarron Suite, a fully renovated 2-bed, 2-bath suite located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Just a short walk from world-class skiing and Main Street's restaurants and shops, this home offers the perfect combination of luxury, convenience, and mountain charm. Enjoy gorgeous views from your private deck, relax by the wood-burning fireplace, and take advantage of on-site amenities including hot tubs, a heated pool, grill pavilion, heated garage parking, and private gear storage.

Please Note: The Upper Village Pool will be closed for maintenance from September 14 – November 21, 2025. During this time, guests will not have access to the pool. All other amenities remain available.

Proximity: The Cimarron Condos offer unbeatable access to both the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. Main Street is just a 5-minute walk away, while the Quicksilver Chairlift is only 0.2 miles (5-minute walk) and the Snowflake Chairlift 0.4 miles (9-minute uphill walk). The Breck Connect Gondola is a flat, half-mile walk, free year-round, ADA-accessible, and provides quick access to Peaks 7 & 8. The F Lot, directly across the street, is the closest MyFreeRide Shuttle, with routes and schedules available online.

Kitchen: The kitchen features modern appliances, a 4-person breakfast bar, and all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware needed for home-style meals. A classic coffee maker, toaster, spice rack, and ample cabinet space make it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners.

Living Room: The living room is designed for comfort and relaxation after a long day on the slopes. Enjoy the leather sleeper sofa, two lounge chairs with ottomans, a traditional wood-burning fireplace, and a SmartTV. Large windows fill the space with natural light, and a small game cart near the bedroom hallway offers board games for family and friends to enjoy.

Dining Room: Adjacent to the living area, the dining space features seating for 8, a stylish chandelier, artwork, and an area rug, making it perfect for meals with family or friends.

Bedding Configuration: 2 BED, 2 BATH -
• Primary Bedroom: King size bed, SmartTV, closet, dresser, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes his and her sinks and walk-in shower.
• Second Bedroom: Full over full bunk bed, SmartTV, and closet. The guest bath is directly across the hall and includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
• Additional Sleeping Area: Leather sofa converts to a queen sleeper sofa

Outdoor Living: Step out onto the private deck to enjoy scenic mountain views and fresh alpine air. On-site hot tubs and a heated pool provide additional opportunities for relaxation, while the grill pavilion is perfect for outdoor dining in warmer months.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

Very nice and clean property located a short walk to downtown. We really enjoyed the mountain modern decor and loved sitting on the patio every night. The parking garage was convenient & luggage carts were available. No problems checking in & out and we got a nice call from the property manager to welcome us.

Great location to slopes, shopping, and restaurants

Our family of four stayed at the Cimarron condo for five nights, enjoying the easily walkable proximity to both the Quicksilver lift to peak 9 and restaurants and shops in Breck. The condo was clean and well-maintained, with a fully stocked kitchen (good since we eat many meals in) and comfortable beds and pillows (rare in a rental condo). Had no problems requiring extra contact with property manager and I appreciated all the communication/emails to give directions in advance. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting easy access during spring break crowds!

Quality condo for a group of 4. Plenty of room for us. Highly walkable to town and lifts. Bring extra soap/shampoo because they only provide mini bottles, which don't last for multiple people for multiple days
