This bus will go to the Snowflake Lift and on to Beaver Run (peak 9). • This condo is on 2nd floor and requires 1.5 flights of stairs to reach the front door. There is not an elevator in the building. • Ample summer trails within a short walk from this property, including the Sawmill Reservoir Trail which starts at the Snowflake Lift and follows a beautiful stream up to a reservoir with great views.
UPPER VILLAGE POOL CLUBHOUSE: • Located adjacent to the building parking lot • Heated outdoor pool • 1 Indoor hot tub • 2 Outdoor hot tubs • Open noon-8pm • This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2026 CLOSURE dates: - Maintenance: Approximately mid April (likely April 12th) to the Friday before Memorial Day - Fall Maintenance: Approximately September 28th (Monday after Oktoberfest) to mid or late November.
While not a true ski-in/out right up to the door, the condo is a short walk to the Snowflake Lift on 4 O'Clock Rd, or, you can access the free shuttle from the nearby stop. *Ski-in only possible when Lower 4 O'Clock Run is OPEN*

SKI OUT ACCESS: • To the Snowflake Chairlift: About 2 blocks up 4 O'Clock Run Rd. There is a full service ticket window and ski shop, Charter Sports, there as well. Snowflake Chair will take you to Peak 8. • To the Quicksilver Lift: Similar distance as walking to the Snowflake Lift. To get there, head toward the Upper Village Pool, cross Village Rd and take the right into the alley just BEFORE you reach Park Ave. Follow that road to the Quicksilver Lift.
SKI IN ACCESS: • You can take the 4 O'Clock Run down to the Pine Ridge complex. Walk through the Pine Ridge complex, to 4 O'Clock Rd, cross the street back to the Sundowner entrance.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
