Located in the heart of Downtown Breckenridge, this one bedroom is perfect for a couple, couple of friends and/or a small family. There's parking for one vehicle in the alley or covered garage too. Best of all your half a block from Main St. and just a 5 minute walk to the base of the Peak 9 area. The town trolley picks up on Main St. too if the gondola is where you want to start or end your day! A new memory foam King Bed and queen pull out sofa make this super comfy for up to 4 travelers!
Enjoy the smart TV, electric fireplace, new appliances, full kitchen, ski lockers and more! The Wifi is super fast and dedicated to this unit. A laundry facility at the end of the hallway makes this a perfect spot for a work from home adventrue! Ask us about out monthly rates! StayLTD also manages multiple condos in the complex and nearby so let us know if you have a larger group and all want your own place or upgrade to a larger one!
This property, and all Stay Living the Dream properties, is equipped with "contact free self check-in and check-out." You will be emailed a secure code for accessing the property ensuring your property is clean, sanitized beyond the CDC guidelines and safe for your stay. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. A max of 2 pets with a $50 each per visit fee will be added to the reservation.
StayLTD offers additional insurance to protect your trip when booking 30 days or more in advance allowing you to cancel up to 2 days before arrival for a full refund. Give us a shout to find out more.

The location of this condo is excellent.Right next door to the Breckenridge Market.One block to Main Street. Quick walk to Carter Park Sledding Hill. Positives:The Living Area and Kitchen are remodeled. The place was really clean and smelled super clean. The bed is really comfortable. They had garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper. Great mountain view from the window. Had a nice shoe rack in the front hallway. Kitchen was appropriately stocked. Things to note:We were traveling with our two college kids and we had four towels for 3 nights. It would have been nice to have more linens.The bathroom is not remodeled. It was really clean but is an odd configuration with a small toilet area. There are extra pillows and linens, but there are pillows without pillow cases to cover them. Not a big deal as we had enough, but just something to note. The bedroom closet is mostly full of extra furniture and linens so it made it tough to hang/store guest items. The TV often said it was out of storage space and would not work. We would turn it off and turn it on and it seemed to remedy the issue. I tried to contact the host through the app and replied to an email and sent texts and never received a response. Nothing was urgent. One was asking if we cousk get in 30 minutes early. I know it's busy season and we were there for New Years. Just something to note. I would imagine if you need anything, I would call. Great stay!

10/10 for location!! One block away from Main St, so restaurants and shops are all accessible on foot. Also walking distance to the gondola which is super convenient. The unit was very clean and the host was great at communication.

First off, our host was the most engaged and friendly host that we've ever dealt with. The property was conveniently located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge and very clean. Pictures were very accurate as well as the description. We will likely be staying at this property, or one of the hosts other properties again in the future. Thank you so much, Brett.

Hallways and entrance could be spruced up a bit. The unit was nice and clean. Host was good, but didn’t respond when we had a parking question the night of our last stay. Would’ve added peace of mind to hear from him. The location to downtown and in town hiking was fantastic. We very much enjoyed our stay.
