When you’re not out enjoying the slopes or downtown Breckenridge, unwind with WiFi or a movie night with the DVD player. From the property, you can take in both mountain and town views and enjoy the building’s amenity set, including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness room. There’s also an EV charger in the garage and pre-paid parking for one vehicle for easy comings and goings.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Pre-paid garage parking for 1 vehicle is included. Access to the secured garage requires a parking app; entry will not be permitted if parking was not requested/paid in advance. Follow signs to the first secured garage and turn left at the stop sign; park in any available unreserved spot. The closest area to this building’s entry is near the yellow-marked section.
• App-based garage entry: Garage access uses an app. Additional instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by the building management; availability and any maintenance or outages are outside our control. If unavailable, stairs will be required.
• WiFi/cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to the remote mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Communal amenities: Pools, hot tubs, sauna, fitness room, and the EV charger are communal and managed by the building. Hours, availability, and any operational changes may vary.
• Pet policy: No pets are permitted at this home.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Getting Around:
Location logistics: You’ll be ski-in/ski-out to Peak 9 with direct access to the Quicksilver SuperChair and Beaver Run lifts. Within about five minutes you’ll find Main Street, Maggie Pond (with Tenmile Range views), Carter Park (sledding/playgrounds), Mountain Top Explorium, the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, the BreckConnect Gondola, Riverwalk Center lawn, and Blue River Plaza.
