Perfect spot

We were in town for a quick family ski trip and the location and condo itself could not have been more perfect. It was ridiculously convenient to the skiing but at the same time provided us plenty of space so as not to feel crowded. Check in process was easy as was check out. Great spot-highly recommend.

Perfect location for families!

You cannot beat the location of this property, especially if you have kids doing ski school. We loved the proximity to the lifts, ski school and gondola. We also really liked being on the same level as the pool. Location aside, the unit was clean and well appointed. Everything we needed for our week long trip. We’ll be back!

Wonderful family getaway to Breckenridge

This beautiful condo was perfect for our family. Our children were first time skiers, and the location could not have been more perfect for getting to ski school in the mornings. The condo was well-equipped we could have ever needed for our stay. Everything was clean, we loved having personal laundry capabilities, and they even had it decorated for Christmas- truly magical! Thank you for a wonderful stay- we hope to make it an annual adventure!

Top-notch stay at a beautiful condo right in the center of the action at the base of peak 8. Property Manager(s) are true professionals, with a beautiful property with easy check-in and check-out process. We loved having ski school so close and the ski valet!! A true ski in and ski out. This property makes skiing with the family a blast! We will be back! Thank you!!

Great ski in ski out

Great location right on the ski hill... kitchen is small and there is limited cupboard space for groceries. 2 bedrooms (1 with a king 1 with a queen) there are rollaway beds for kids. This is managed by a 3rd party management company witch adds some difficulty in getting any issues addressed. Overall it was a great condo.

Family Trip

This was our second time visiting the Breckenridge area. I traveled with my husband and 12 year old daughter. We chose this property because we had visited it on our last trip and knew about the great indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and other amenities. Unfortunately the outdoor hot tub was closed for repair, as was the pool. The baby pool was open which didn’t appeal to our daughter. The location is out of the way a bit, but you can take the free bus into town. This was easily accessible via a stop at the property next door. The unit was nicely furnished. It was fairly clean. The condo was overall nice with a view of the ski slopes. It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen is not well stocked for much cooking. It was fine for us, but others might expect more cooking pans, etc. There was confusion from the property manager as to our departure. They thought we should be checking out 2 days prior to what we had paid. The manager left urgent messages asking us to depart. We were 2 hours away when this happened. When she realized her mistake, she apologized and offered us a late check out. Apparently this confusion was a result of booking on VRBO. Keep good records of what you have paid and the length of your stay in the event it happens again.

Great ski in/ski out location

Overall we had a great stay! You can't beat the ski in/ski out convenience of One Ski Hill. The ski valets were terrific. We rented our equipment from Ski Butlers, and the valets made sure they were picked up on our last ski day.The unit itself is lovely and was the perfect size for us. We were a family of 3, two adults and one teenager. I do feel like it would have felt small if we had our 2nd teenage son with us. The description of the property says "sleeps 6". I would not try to fit 6 people in the unit and expect to feel comfortable. I think it is best suited for 2 couples, or a small family. We didn't utilize the kitchen for much other than the coffeemaker and the toaster, but I don't recall seeing any pots and pans to make an actual meal. With that said, the restaurant/bar in the building was very good. There was a second restaurant within walking distance which we liked too. The unit is on the second floor and was a quick walk down the hall to the gym, pool and hot tub. We utilized the shuttle service into town one day and rode the gondola back. It was a nice outing if you aren't skiing. In the summer when the sidewalks were not icy, I personally would try walking too. The management company was a pleasure to work with and very easy to communicate with. Check in/ check out was also easy. This was our first trip to Breckenridge, and we would definitely book this unit again.

Ski Vacation

This was our first time to Breckenridge and this condos location made everything super easy. Condo had a great view of the slopes and so close to walk right out and be right at ski lifts and ski school. Would definitely stay here again.

Unbeatable views

We stayed there for a long weekend during the opening of ski season. The lodge was great, though we didn't take advantage of some of the amenities. The free gondola was within walking distance. If you ski, it's a perfect location. Since we didn't ski, I may have stayed in town, but that's the only thing I'd question. But that's a personal choice, not a reflection on the unit itself. The unit was as advertised and the view from the balcony never got old.

Cant beat the views of this location

Really enjoyed the views, faces the peak and has a spacious balcony. Theres plenty of things to do during the summer in the area and if shopping is on your list the gondola is accessed from the property. The rental itself had everything we needed for our stay, was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
