Great place to stay in Breckenridge!

Great location for dogs

Very close to dog park and everything in town, very spacious. You can definitely tell animals spend time there so I don’t know if you’d want to be there if you don’t have pets, but with pets it was great.

Great Breck Rental!

Clean, well appointed & comfortable. This rental has current furniture & decorations, loads of space, & plenty of clean linens. It is in the heart of everything you want to do in Breck. I loved that they stocked the basics like dish and laundry soap and simple kitchen items. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place in great location

The property is very nicely updated and furnished, and had everything we needed. The location is wonderful. -- right off main street which made walking to all the shops and restaurants super easy. You can hear a bit of street noise but it wasn't bothersome at all. The weather was very warm, which made the rooms upstairs a bit warm with no air conditioning, but opening the windows really helped. We definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Ski Weekend Getaway

This property was in a great location to enjoy both the ski amenities and the downtown allure of Breckenridge. It would work well for two couples or a single family, but really was meant to sleep 4 comfortably. Our college aged some slept on a couch in the open living room, which worked fine for him. Location was the key to this VRBO!

My wife and I chose this property because it is super close to all of the restaurants and shopping and we could take our pup. The unit is spacious and worked perfectly for our needs. I had one question about the TV when we arrived and the property manager responded to my question within 2 minutes. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

First, property was clean. This can sometimes be an issue with a pet friendly unit. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was adequately stocked. Furnishings could be improved but were functional. We were notified unit was ready for early check-in for an additional fee - an extra fee for late check-out makes sense, but if unit is ready early why should guest not be able to check-in when unit is ready without an extra fee. Overall very positive and we would enjoy staying there again.

Breck Ski Trip

My sons and I stayed for 4 nights to hit the slopes in Breckinridge. The property was exactly as described. Close to everything in Breck. A very short walk to thr Quicksilver lift which was very convenient to not have to park. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location with mountain views

The best feature of this property is its location and easy access to the slopes and town. The deck is perfect for apres ski relaxation. I agree with some of the prior reviews on the need for another nightstand and head board in the primary bedroom and the small size of the bathrooms. But it’s hard to beat the location of this property plus it’s dog friendly!

Walking distance to Quicksilver lift, in the middle of main street, spacious suite for our family of 4 plus a pup. Well equipped kitchen. Great views. Had some trouble finding as GPS kept saying it is located on the opposite side of the street, the picture of exterior helped. Will be staying here again.

General observations

The location was fanatastic! Very convenient to everything, main st, carter park, hiking trails….. The apartment itself could have more amenities in the master bedroom. Another nightstand and lamp, a dresser,more hangers. The kitchen was well equipped and sufficient for a long stay.

Place was a little dusty, pillows were very old/stained. Strong marijuana smell from adjacent properties our entire stay. Property management company parked in our assigned spot the majority of one of our days there. Location is great.
