This unit was the cutest, snug, little hidey hole for our stay in Breckenridge. Also convenient was the short walk to the end of Sawmill Rd and the Snowflake ski lift. Short walk to downtown with its many bars and restaurants as well. Highly recommend.
Great location near downtown Breck and close to bus stop for Peak 8. Small condo but plenty big for 4 people. Kitchenette let us cook several days. Nice amenities for the kids. Easy check-in and out process. Overall 5 stars!!!
Management was really helpful and quick to communicate. Location was perfect. Room had everything you needed even if it was small. You can hear every step and word said by neighbors on the floor above. Management provided ear plugs and sleeping mask which was very nice.. Overall great stay and I recommend for Breckenridge.
Not advertised as ski in/out I don’t think, but if you’re up for a short uphill walk, you can walk right to the snowflake lift which is overall much quicker than shuttling anywhere IMO (although it does get more tiring after a couple days of skiing). Also not a bad walk from downtown Breck so I was pretty happy with the location. I would definitely consider coming back with even more people and getting multiple of these little places as the common area in the lobby is pretty cool.
It is a hike to the grocery and liquor store. Took a shuttle from airport to Breck so I walked with empty ski boot bag to carry back the goods. Easy to take bus to peak 8. Ski in was hard to find but even if you miss it is a very short walk. Location to price ratio is very good. I wouldn't put more than 2 people in condo.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Just one lil' glitch
Our stay was comfortable - once we got in. We arrived and hadn't received a code to get in the condo and didn't have service at the complex and no one answered phone numbers we had so we were stranded for over an hour until finally someone answered and was able to give us the code. The email with all the info arrived at 3am. Yes, I would stay there again.
The Good = great location, great property management company, great owner.
The Bad = place is dated, the door knob and hinges had ice on it (inside) not insulated well,
The Ugly = You can hear every single person walking by and walking around in the unit above. The sound is terrible. There are no blackout curtains ;;and the light is very bright in the unit. (I figured it out when I saw the blinders and the earplugs in a little pouch.
We stayed for 4 nights total, the first night was great, room was cute if you adage to not look at the stained and outdated popcorn ceilings. Second night there were rolling blackouts in the resort that lasted till midnight with no power or running water. Third night all seemed well while soaking in hot tub until power out again this time affecting entire lobby area and hot tubs, ran to room for quick shower, got half way through rinsing and water went out for rest of evening. Fourth night hot tubs out of service and downstairs game room without power or heat. I think if there were not so many electrical and water issues I would have given high review because it was a very cute and affordable resort but it obviously needs some major upgrades
Overall, we loved this place. you really cannot beat the location. Walking distance to the Snowflake lift, walking distance to town, walking distance from Lower 4'o clock run, just an exceptional location. Additionally, the apartment is newly renovated but more importantly, FUNCTIONAL. There are so many hooks, hangers, storage bins, etc that everything was tidy and organized the entire trip. Thats crucial in a small space. However, there are a few things I would recommend. The apartment desperately needs black out curtains for the main window. A lot of light comes in and thank goodness I sleep with an eye mask. The worst of the place is the squeakiness of the floors upstairs. We heard EVERYTHING above us. Fairly certain the man above us walked around in his ski boots at 2am to pee...we heard it. Fairly certain he moved furniture in said ski boots..we heard it. The complex is old so the walls are pretty thin but the squeakiness of the floor upstairs heightened everything. Additionally, we could not get the heaters in the main room to work. The bathroom heater worked fine, and honestly it didnt bother us because we enjoy being cold but just couldnt understand why they heaters in the main room would not get warm. Lastly, I wish there was another light in the bathroom as its very dark. This review might seem picky, but im just being honest. We had a wonderful time and I would most likely come back for the location and cuteness alone but bring your ear plugs and sleep mask because you will need them.

This place was awesome. Great location in Breckenridge, you can easliy walk to restaurants. If you're skiing, it's ski-in only but there's a bus stop at the end of the street to take you to the mountain in the morning. Only downside is you can hear the people above you walking around, but I would still stay here again!
Perfect space for a couple people. Easy to walk to town. Hot tubs were great. Perfect place if you don't mind it being a little dated but that saves some money. Only issues were the people above us. Only rational explanation is they were coked up zombies walking back in forth until 3am wearing ski boots. The floors are not very insulated from sound so whatever they were doing was insanely loud. We talked to them in the morning and it was much quieter the next night.
The convenience was amazing as it was a quick walk to Main Street with a shuttle stop across the street to take you to peak 7 or peak 8. Very nice ski in from the 4 o’clock run.
This was perfect for our group of 3. We were skiing most of the day so this was just the spot to come back and get ready before exploring Breckenridge.

Great location! One of the hot tubs wasn’t working so great, would only hit 99 degrees. Room was small but enough for what we needed.

The property is in a great location.
The property is in a great location but extremely outdated. The TV is small, there is no dividing wall for the "1 bedroom" which I was lead to believe it was. The bathroom is in terrible shape. The walls are paper thin and any conversation from other rooms can be heard. The upstairs floors squeak horribly at the slightest movement or walking. The outside doors squeak as well. Not my dream place to stay!

Great location, awesome common area, little tight but great for a couple
The location of Park Meadows is pretty amazing. A short walk (~5-7 min) uphill to the Snowflake lift, and an even shorter walk form the 4 o'clock run to the condo. Its also just up the road from the town and everything that has to offer. Once we parked, we didn't have to move the car all weekend.
The room itself is a little tight - but we knew that getting into it. Its definitely perfect for a couple, and pretty good for 3 (which was the size of our party). We spent a lot of our down time in the lounge at Park Meadows - playing pool, having snack around the fireplace, and soaking in one of the two hot tubs. This was a really cool ammenity.
