The second bed is a fold out sofa bed located in the living room. the air conditioner is a portable unit located in the bedroom. Dogs and cats live in the building and may be on property, but not in the condo. The condo is located in a mixed use building (residential condos above commercial businesses), faces the street, and is next door to Breckenridge Distillery restaurant and bar. Surface parking lot is provided at the building. There are no assigned parking spaces or permits required.
