Located in the heart of Breckenridge, you’re one block from downtown and either a short two block walk from the gondola, or you can hop on the free shuttle that stops right in front of the complex. Cozy up in the living room with a large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. Plus, there’s a family room with a pool table, gaming table and another large flat-screen TV – or enjoy your own private sauna!

The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, plus all the gear you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks or a full family meal! The dining area has a dining room table that seats eight, and there’s room for six more at the kitchen island. There are multiple decks with panoramic views. The Sawmill Creek complex also features two shared hot tubs and a shared gas grill next to a grassy picnic area.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the condo, private washer and dryer, basic toiletries, and fresh linens. As with all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. - A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
