The Space:
Sleeps 9
Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 2): King-size bed with flat panel TV, attached bathroom, and walk-out deck. Enjoy sweeping morning views.
Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2): Queen-size bed, flat panel TV, desk, and full bath nearby.
Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 3): Queen/twin bunk bed with flat panel TV and shared bathroom just outside the door.
Extra Sleeping (Sleeps 2): Sectional sofa in the great room with a queen-size pull-out bed
Pack n Play
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom, while the master has an en-suite. A half bath is located off the main living area. Maximum overnight capacity is 10.
Seating for 8 at the dining room table plus 4 more at the breakfast bar.
One car garage and additional parking for one car on driveway outside of the garage.
All of the bedrooms are located on the lower level and the main living area/great room is on the upper level. There is a patio space is off of the primary bedroom which has a sliding glass door out to a concrete style sitting area. It is a walk out sort of situation and is not enclosed. There is also a deck space above that off of the main living area. This deck off of the living room area does have a railing and is enclosed.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, including three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. For those who prefer not to walk, a free shuttle service operates every 15 minutes just outside the neighborhood. Guests can easily manage without a car. For those with vehicles, parking is available: one space in the garage and one space on the parking pad outside.
