The condo offers two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The primary suite boasts a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a twin bunk bed and a full bunk bed, ideal for families and groups. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

The location is literally across the street from the snowflakes chair lift. Being on the first floor, you have the option to enter the apartment through the deck -great feature when you walk on ski boots. Apartment is clean and stylish. Can’t recommend it more

My friends and I loved staying here and the Avant was amazing at helping anytime we needed something. I fully intend to book another property with them in the future, but this one was amazing for anyone looking for easy access to both downtown Breck and also ski-in/ski-out ease as it's right at the base of two runs and about 45 steps from a lift. Loved it.

My wife and I stayed for over two weeks to escape the Texas heat. The location was fabulous. The place had all the amenities. The communication was outstanding with the staff. The couch needs to be replaced, but not a huge deal. The bed was comfortable and the unit was very clean. We would stay again.

The location was really great! We cooked the entire time and this condo made it easy to do that and feel comfortable hanging out with the family. There was plenty of cooking pans, bowls, etc. which is always appreciated!

We stayed for a long weekend in February. Two parents and 4 teenagers. The bunk room was perfect for kids and teens and the master was super comfy for the two of us. Location is awesome with the Snowflake lift right across the street and 4oclock run at your doorstep for lunch drop in or at the end of the day. It’s nicely situated between Peak 9 and Peak 8 with great access to all of the slopes. The upgrades in the condo are very nice. This is a first floor unit so no stairs, but there is a fair amount of foot traffic by the windows of the condo so just be aware. Owners have put in electronic blinds so it did not bother us in the least bit. I would definitely rent this condo again!!
