Spacious 2BR/2BA Escape Walk to Trails & Festivals

Choose your Summer adventure at this ideally located Breckenridge residence. This two-bedroom/two-bath unit offers quick access to the breathtaking trails and bike paths that make Breckenridge a summer paradise. Located just steps away from Main Street, you'll also have access to the best shopping, dining, and entertainment the town has to offer.

Guests will check in at Main Street Station after 4:00 PM. You can park in the temporary parking outside of Main Street Station. The front desk will complete your check-in process where you will receive your room keys and parking permit. Your vehicle can then be moved to the designated parking garage.

Guest Information
-All guests will need to verify their identity and sign a short-term rental agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. If you'd like to see a copy prior to booking please reach out.
-Valid ID required at check in.
-$35 parking per night, guests can pay for parking via the Breck Park website, app, or onsite kiosk in the garage.
-Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
-No pets are allowed.
-Coffee pods are not included.
-Pool and spa hours may vary depending on the season. Please reach out for front desk information to verify if they will be open during your stay.

Grandkids summer road trip

We had very good time in Breckenridge and the house worked out wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs and the bunks were perfect for our grandchildren.
