Spacious 3-Story Breck Mountain Home - Pet-Friendly, Peak 10 Views & Hot Tub
Are you ready to ski one of the top ski resorts in the world? Listen to the soothing rush of the Blue River from your HUGE sunny deck! Hike a 14,000' peak, take in a music festival, or simply relax as you walk among the quaint shops in the historic town of Breckenridge? Our Colorado Classic ski home will be your perfect base camp to enjoy all of these things and so much more!
This home has an unbeatable location on the edge of town with hiking trails literally out the back door and Main Street just a mile and a half away. This is the place to spend your ski vacations and to retreat from the heat with our 75 degree summer days.
Our private vacation home is located just a mile south of downtown Breckenridge within a five minute drive of the ski slopes. We love our location in that we are closer than most homes 'in-town' and definitely closer to the action than homes have off of Peak 7 or Peak 8, which also require you to drive to the slopes. We can zip into town in just a few minutes and either park at the Gondola lot or drop off skiers at Peak 9 & 10. Easy access!
5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, plus a basement, game room w/ bunk beds and separate family room and a small kitchenette on the lower level and one level up there is a fabulous large dining table and comfortable reading/sitting area enclosed with all glass windows offering stunning mountain views! Private jacuzzi surrounded by large trees in the middle of nature - absolutely incredible to be sitting out at night looking at the stars!
Located only minutes the ski slopes & mere steps to scenic hiking trails & the majestic Blue River. Your mountain hideaway awaits!
- We highly recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles for driving in the snow and on our driveway when there is heavy snowfall.
- House backs up to the National Forest and Blue River trail system that leads to downtown Breck!
House Rules:
Renters and guests agree to the following terms and conditions for all bookings:
No Smoking of any kind on the property inside or out (do to fire hazards). Any violation of this will result in a $1000 fine. All trash placed in the garage must be locked up in the trash bins at all times. No lids can be left open due to possibility of bears on the property. Additionally, DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD OUTSIDE OR IN YOUR CAR AS THERE ARE BEARS IN COLORADO and they could do damage if they see or smell food and it is not thrown in the trash cans.
Dogs considered. Must get approval prior to booking. Only one dog per stay at the house at any time.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Minimum age requirement for renters and occupants is 23 years of age, unless accompanied by parents or legal guardian.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Max Occupancy with adults and children is 10.
RENTER DAMAGES: Renters will be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay. Damages will be taken from the security deposit or charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
CLEANING SERVICE: Home does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels, robes and linens are provided for your stay. We also have a washer and dryer in the home. If daily or mid-week cleaning services are desired, these can be accommodated at an additional cost.
One time cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and linens. Cleaning service will charge a fee for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Property owners, cleaning company and rental management company will not be responsible for accidents, damages or injury to renters using the property. All renters will hold owners harmless for any accidents that may occur while on the property. All use of the property is at your own risk.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. This includes mis-stating number of adults and children to be occupying the property. Max number of adults and children on any given night should be property stated on the reservation.
