This 2BR/2BA single-story condo is centrally-located near Main St. close to everything, just blocks from shopping, dining, and nightlife. It offers a full kitchen, living room, dining area and outdoor patio, as well as 1 free spot in the garage (1 additional spot MAY be available). The master bedroom with full en suite bathroom offers privacy while the bunk room and 2nd bathroom are great for the rest of your group. Please read below for more information.
The Space:
The condo is a single level 2BR/2BA with a master en suite and a large living room. You should have everything you need for a short or extended stay, except food and laundry detergent, which we do not supply.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for a locked owners closet), as well as one assigned parking space in the underground parking garage. A second space on the street may be available but is first-come-first-served.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is 4:00pm - early check-in is not available.
Check-out is 10:00am - late check-out is not available.
Luggage drop off is not available.
The parking pass is only available during your reservation, not before or after.
Additional parking MAY be available in the surface level spaces along the building. They are unassigned and not guaranteed... they are first-come first-served.
As is common with condos in the area, our home has NO air conditioning, but summer nights are cool and dry!
Weather in the mountains can be severe and unpredictable, especially during the winter. No refunds will be given due to weather, traffic, or road conditions.
Please review the Airbnb cancellation policy prior to booking. No additional refunds beyond what is provided by the cancellation policy will be given for any reason.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
There is ongoing courtyard renovation, please expect that there will be limited access to the said area until further notice and also expect some noise during your stay.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
Please take note that the pool, sauna, and hot tub, which are communal facilities, are accessible year-round and are situated on the first level, adjacent to the elevator.
A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!

I have stayed at the Longbranch condominiums 9 times over the years, and it is a great location and place to be. We enjoyed our stay here and the price was very affordable. Pillows need updating badly but otherwise it was what I expected for the price.

Comfy and Cozy
This was a last minute decision. We live in Loveland and our town was fighting a fire. We had family visiting from New York. It was the perfect get away! Access was easy, condo was comfy and cozy with a nice view from the balcony! Nice pool, hot tub and sauna! Close to everything, supermarket down the street, shopping is walkable! Highly recommended!!!
