Snowflake Château: Hot Tub & Sauna at Peak 9
Enjoy the best location in Breck! Located at the end of a cul-de-sac and directly on a ski run, just minutes from world class shopping and dining on Main Street. Step out from your private locker room to the ski run, the hot tub or the dry sauna or relax by one of the indoor gas fireplaces. Easy ski out to Beaver Run base area on peak 9 and moderate ski in via the Grand Timber ski back between peaks 8 and 9. Features five adult bedrooms, two bunk rooms and three living rooms over three levels.
The space
Main Level:
• Fully stocked chef's kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve a meal. Large island for gathering and plenty of pantry space.
• Open living room with vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace and views of Baldy Mountain
• Dining area open to the kitchen and living room
• Deck off the living room/dining room featuring a large grill and propane fire table
• Wall of south facing windows with forest and mountain views.
• South facing deck with views of Baldy Mountain and overlooking ski run
• Heated two car garage plus heated private driveway
• Laundry room with washer/dryer
• Half bathroom
Bedrooms on Main Level:
• Bedroom #1 with king bed and ensuite bathroom, featuring a soaking tub and separate steam shower. Gas fireplace and deck access

Parking Limit: 6 cars - *All cars must fit between the two car garage and the driveway*. Cars are not permitted to park in the road. Additional or oversized vehicles that cannot fit must park at and overnight pay lot in Breckenridge. More information can be found at BreckPark.
Ski out access*: Ski out from the patio directly onto the ski run, taking a right. Be aware this part of the run is 2 directions and you may encounter people skiing the opposite direction (you will return to the house this way). Ski 25 yards and take a left through a few wide trees and you end up directly at the Beaver Run lift/base area.
Ski in access*: Ski towards Beaver Run from the C-Chair on Peak 9 on Lower Sawmill Run. The run will flatten out. Just past the Snowflake Run (DO NOT TAKE THE SNOWFLAKE RUN) there will be another run on your left marked as "ski back to Grand Timber" This run will bring you right back to the locker room at the house.
*Ski in/out access is dependent on snowpack and mountain conditions. Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and mountain conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations.
Please note that this property sits on a ski run. There may be skiers passing by near the house.
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
• Hot tub towels are provided.

» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses.
» This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on the possible effects of High Altitude.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
» Breckenridge has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» The maximum occupancy (16) is not to be exceeded at any time.
» Pets are strictly prohibited.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
