This condo comes with 1 parking spot. Additional vehicles must park off-site. MUST HAVE A 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE FOR BEST ACCESS FROM THE GARAGE IN THE WINTER/SPRING MONTHS.

4WD is strongly recommended when traveling to the mountains, especially in the winter.

Breckenridge is a high alpine environment and you can expect to experience extreme winter weather conditions when visiting.
