We really enjoyed our stay. Access to Breckenridge but also hiking trails. The space was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Definitely recommend!

Quaint apartment in Breck!♡

This cute apartment is near Breckenridge and very cozy. It has a beautiful set up and a gas fireplace which was perfect for those winter Temps! Will definitely recommend and return again!♡

Lovely family retreat

Great place to stay. Was traveling with my elderly parents. Having an elevator was very important. Loved the carts available at front door to transport luggage up and down. Condo was clean and easy to access.

Everything was really good

We enjoyed our stay. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. We did have a couple problems with the blinds but were able to get them to work and stay together. Not walkable to town but a great experience overall.

As some other guests have mentioned, the condo was very warm but we fixed that by opening some windows (January). There was no parking pass hanging at the entry to the condo as stated and the property management company didn't resolve that problem, but we were able to park overnight at the property without the HOA complaining. Would stay at this property again!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am 73 and have cancer so I’m not able to get away as much I’d like so I was really looking forward to this get away. It began with being locked out of the unit for two hours then the next day losing four hours while the lock was replaced. The unit has good bones but needs updated. Later in the week wanted to soak in the tub but the handle for the hot water came off, this was a 10pm had to have a repair person come out, it was so disappointing. So much for a relaxing vacation, there were more worries here than at home. The management company would only credit $30 for all the inconvenience, how cheap and unkind.

We had a great time at this property. It was close to downtown and easy to find. The building felt secure and the condo was clean. It was a great deal and we were very happy. There was no AC so the upstairs was a little warm for me but we stayed in July. We opened the windows and that helped. There was a standing fan in the closet that was very helpful.

Great condo

Our family enjoyed the condo for a week. It’s in a great location between Breckenridge and Frisco. We had 6 people in the condo and had plenty of room/beds. The condo is very clean. We cooked meals many evenings and it had everything we needed for cooking. We would definitely stay again if we came back to this area. The workout and sauna were also used by our family. Fun area for a family vacation!

The guest bed was so bad, we had to go stay somewhere else. Tried other options, but didn’t work. Got a text asking for our feedback (after check-in), we mentioned how bad the sleeping situation was, but no one responded.

Christmas Week at Breck

Condo was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and check in was very easy. It is on the free Summit County bus line (green line - Loge stop) as well as a free shuttle for the community. Just pack your patience with the free shuttle as it tends to get backed up time wise in the afternoon. It was also very easy to drive to gondola and town. If you have more than 4 people in car parking is 14 for the day at gondola.
