We had a great stay here. The vrbo was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is extremely convenient, with a shuttle stop very close by that takes you to the mountain and into town. We would stay again.
Fantastic location, walking distance to town, trails and groceries. Beautiful home, with garage parking and a deck. Would love to stay here again, everything was perfect!!
Great place to stay. Close enough to town to walk or catch the shuttle. No need to move the cars or deal with parking. Shuttle was free and easy to use.
Very comfortable upstairs open concept kitchen, dining area and family room area. Great view of trees and mountains from the upstairs open concept area. Master bathroom downstairs has a very large walk in shower. Nice neighbors. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed our stay in this property.
We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The house is clean. This is the best stocked VRBO I have stayed at. We came in the summer but they definitely have thought of everything for when people come skiing. The location is very easy to navigate. They have thought of everything, every little detail did not go unnoticed. Nightlights, laundry baskets, ring dishes, plenty of towels, shower supplies if you need, crock pot, plenty of fans, extra blankets, humidifiers, games, kid plates/bowls/cups etc. Having access to the garage made life easier when we showed up and it was raining. The master bed was uncomfortable to us and the house is situated off a busy road so we heard traffic a lot with the windows open but none of these really effected our stay. We would definitely stay again.
We spent a week in Breckinridge and had a good time in spite of all the other vacationers and heavy traffic. This townhome was close to downtown so we could walk and we walked almost everywhere we went.
Our place was very comfortable with a nice big living room and an open kitchen. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware, dishes and utensils.
The bedrooms were downstairs and that is probably what I liked least about the place. But the beds were comfortable with lots of blankets in case one got cold!
We only had one issue and that was with locking the door, but we figured that out. Fonda and J T responded quickly when we asked how to get the door locked.
One other thing about the place is that it is close to Main St and there is a lot of traffic noise.
The chipmunks and hummingbirds kept us entertained!
Breckinridge has many good restaurants and places to get food. My favorite is the crepe place. The Blue Moose serves really good breakfasts. The grocery store, City Market, is crazy busy all the time so we avoided it and dined out for most of our meals.
There is a good bus system in Breck and we rode the bus a couple of times when we didn’t feel like walking up the hill to our townhome.
We enjoyed Breckinridge especially the cool temps and occasional afternoon rain shower. The mountains around are stunning.
Place is nice, location and views were okay. The actual townhouse/condo had everything you would need for a family vacation. The kitchen had dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, spices, basically everything except food. Laundry was equally equipped. Washer has a mildew smell to it, but otherwise the main level was really nice. Could have used some extra living room seating, but worked okay for our family of four.Didn’t have a floor plan on the listing, but ALL Bedrooms are all in the lower level basement. They also included everything you need- hand soaps, shampoo, body wash- very well appointed and clean. Our only complaints were that the Master BR bed was hard (not a matter of preference) and definitely showing some age. We took turns sleeping on the middle hump of the bed. Also noisy from above when active.Location was okay. Be advised you will need the trolley regularly, and lugging ski equipment back and forth should be expected- unless you use the Ski Checks at the base of Peak 8/9- Definitely worth the expense. You will also use the trolley to get back/forth from town. Parking there is expensive and difficult to find especially in peak hours. Overall a really good 9/10 (not a great) stay, at a nice place. Could have been better location, more accurate location and floor plan description, and better in sleep comfort.Once our family figured out the trolley routes/stop names/schedule, we knew what to expect.
The property was great!! It had everything we needed and more. The location was within walking distance of Main Street, and only 8 minutes walk to Breckinridge Brewery. Fonda, with the management company, was wonderful and always got back to me right away. We will definitely stay there again.
Our trip to Breckenridge with family was perfect in so many ways not the least of which was our stay at this lovely home. It is so well-equipped for gameplaying and cooking at home and it is a quick walk to the town Shuttle. Having boot dryer’s and ski racks, extra towels and comfy beds and a gas fireplace made it ideal. Bringing our beloved dog was the icing on the cake. Many thanks to the owners and management of Maggie 81!
We loved the pictures before arrival & the place was better than expected. Beautiful property & great location for our needs. Heated floors were a plus! Only item that would make it better would be towel hooks in the bathrooms. No place to hang wet towels unless you dry them after each use in the dryer.
This house is like new! I think we were the first to use the fully equipped kitchen. Well stocked with everything we needed including wine glasses. paper goods, coffee filters, tons of extra towels, shampoo, hand cream & a BBQ grill - wow. 3 comfortable bedrooms, the half bath on the living floor (Bedroom are on lower level) was a nice convenience. Full size laundry with detergent. Ample parking with a full size garage & more space nearby. Convenient location, a short walk to town. Bus stop is nearby but we drove our own car. We highly recommend this lovely home!
Location was great, a one minute drive to Main Street. Communication with the host was easy. The house was just as it was mention online. Had great amenities, cooking ware, and everything that we needed. Would highly recommend this location in place
We enjoyed our stay for Oktoberfest. It's a short walk into town and a very quiet location. The home was furnished nicely and had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend.
We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice whomever well stocked with essentials. The only thing I would change is maybe to make the unit number more visible at night. We arrived after dark, and it was hard to locate the unit number.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Warrior's Mark! The photos don't do it justice. It's a beautiful property, quiet, close enough to town for an easy walk, with amazing mountain views. All bedrooms are downstairs which was perfect. We also appreciated the desk in one of the bedrooms since it was technically a "workcation". If I could live in Breckenridge, this property would be just what I'd want. Fully stocked kitchen, huge pantry, beautiful balcony, large dining table for puzzles (or dining!), washer/dryer, extra half bath on the main level...we could go on and on. Thank you for your warm hospitality and we hope to stay at Warrior's Mark again in the future!
