Experience the Village at Breckenridge Chateaux 1023: Ski In/ Ski Out!

The Chateaux at the Village at Breckenridge is one of the best locations in town. Ideally situated next to the slopes and is only 50 yards from the QuickSilver SuperChair. Ski school for the kids is located just outside the door! You will also love being only ½ block from Main Street where they can take in all of the shopping, dining and night life that Breckenridge has to offer.

UNIT AMENITIES – After spending an incredible day on the mountain, you will enjoy coming home to a relaxing setting. The living area provides a great place to unwind with a gas fireplace and flat screen smart television with Blu-ray DVD player. This two bedroom, two and a half bath condo has a small private balcony with a sleeper sofa in the living area for additional sleeping space.

RESORT AMENITIES – PLEASE NOTE: Being a guest at the Village at Breckenridge gives you full access to all of the resort amenities including shuttle, ski school, ski rentals, movie room, and fully remodeled fitness center including indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and health club. (Pool may be closed seasonally in the Spring & Fall for maintenance - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates)

PARKING – Please note that parking is NOT included in the cost of the reservation. Access to the onsite Village parking garage is limited and not guaranteed. If parking is required, ask your reservationist for availability and cost. We highly recommend taking an Airport Shuttle to Breck as this fantastic location is both ski-in/ski-out and an easy stroll to Main Street. Please notify our frontdesk@pinnaclelodging.com if you will be driving or taking a shuttle.

Great location and unit

With older teen sons (14, 17, 19), the layout of this unit was great. W the full and full bunk bed, they each had their own bed. The living area was spacious and kitchen was well appointed with good knives and pans. You do need to ask for parking in advance since it it not included, but they were able to get us parking in the resort even though we asked a week before we arrived.

Save your money

Had a child test positive for Covid days before departure and management would not work with us in any way (though we had just booked the week before during busy season, condo was obviously not in high demand), would not connect us with owners, would not reach out to owners, would not let us defer our time, nothing. Three other family friends were in the same predicament with other VRBOs and all 3 were fully refunded. Sent the rest of the family - condo furniture was worn, lightbulbs hanging, obnoxiously loud bathroom vents, rickety bunk bed, all gave the condo a run down, not clean feeling. Location was fine, but dealing with unpleasant, in compassionate management during a stressful time put a damper on the time. Save your money and book a different place.

Nice condo but no parking included and pool under construction

The condo itself was nice, clean and spacious. Our first day we learned it does not include parking so we had to pay to park about 4 blocks away at an overnight parking lot and walk every time we used the car, the pool area was under construction so we weren't able to enjoy the pool or hot tub after our day out and about like we like to, there were some really warm days and we didn't know it didn't have air conditioning. The front entrance was completely blocked off for construction so we had to park on the side of the busy road to unload and load the car any time we went anywhere. We are all about convenience when we are vacationing so our first day was a little frustrating but we just decided to make the best of it the rest of the trip. We usually stay at Beaver Run but decided to try a different place this time. When we go back to Breck we'll return to Beaver Run. This place just wasn't for our family.

It was great but ...

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak the mountain shut down the adaptive ski program two days before we left. That, along with the scare of the CV, compelled us to return home a day before our reservation ran out. Consequently, I paid for an extra night during a pandemic in which most rentals were cancelled at no charge. It would be nice to get a refund or a credit of some kind for that extra night. Thanks.

Loved this condo! Highly recommend. Very relaxing to come back to after a long day on the slopes. The pool, hot tub, steam and sauna were all great. The beds were comfortable too

Great Location

Condo was exactly as advertised. Great location. Walk to the lift in the morning and the town at night. It was also a quick walk to multiple ski rental shops. We would defiantly stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed everything about the unit. Just a few things we didn't like...directions to the parking garage or where the unit was located was very obscure. Parking was horrible. Needed more towels. Picking up and dropping off of keys was a pain. But regardless, we had a great time and enjoyed the unit.

Great summer getaway from the heat of the Midwest.

The condo in The Chateaux at The Villages of Breckenridge was spacious, convenient and well appointed. The only issues we had were a musty smell, no doubt from all the wet gear in the snow season and the unexpected lack of air conditioning. We slept with the windows open at night to keep cool and woke to the sounds of car alarms, trash trucks and crows...oh, I mean, nature:)

Condo is great. better location for WINTER then summer..

Nice condo, well set up. very comfortable. Parking is a Nightmare if you drive anything larger then a Sedan or small SUV.. the overall property was a bit of a mess this summer since there is remodeling & Construction going on all around the Village property. Location is Ideal, especially if you are skiing & want to walk to Main Street.

Great condo!

The condo was great and fit our family of 5 perfectly. The bedroom and bathroom lay out worked really well for our family. It was clean and well kept and very convenient to town. The kitchen was a little sparse, although we appreciated the crock pot! The grill was also somewhat inconvenient, but overall we were very happy with the condo.

Very nice for the money

Great rate, very nice condo in late June. Balcony small (picture didn't lie), key slot very sensitive, condo didn't have any washing machine detergent. When they knew I wasn't a front desk customer, they didn't want to deal with me. Parking was hard and very tight (had a Tahoe). First come first serve as the gate didn't work. Would go back.

Beautiful Decor / Lacking in Customer Service

Pros: Decor and furnishings are luxurious, linens and pillows were amazing. Swimming pool and hot tubs were fantastic Cons: Dirty underwear were left in our unit from the prior guests, Phones to call front desk and housekeeping were intentionally inoperable, Smoke alarm was chirping, even after they replaced batteries, No towel or housekeeping services are offered for this unit, Coffee was a few months expired
