LOCATION – Peak 9 Inn at the Village at Breckenridge is one of the best locations in town. It is ideally situated next to the slopes and is only 50 yards from the QuickSilver SuperChair. You will also love being only one block from Main Street to take advantage of all of the shopping, dining and night life that Breckenridge has to offer.

UNIT AMENITIES – This cozy condo is perfect for couples or a small family and features a full kitchen with granite tile counter tops and rustic pine cabinetry. Gorgeous views of Baldy Mountain are right through the picture window in the living room. Catch a quick nap during the day or unwind on the couch to watch a movie on the flat screen TV after a busy day on the mountain.

RESORT AMENITIES – PLEASE NOTE: Being a guest at the Village at Breckenridge gives you full access to all of the resort amenities including shuttle, ski school, ski rentals, movie room, and fully remodeled fitness center including indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and health club. (Pool may be closed seasonally in the Spring & Fall for maintenance - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates)

PARKING – Please note that parking is NOT included in the cost of the reservation. Access to the onsite Village parking garage is limited and not guaranteed. If parking is required, ask your reservationist for availability and cost. We highly recommend taking an Airport Shuttle to Breck as this fantastic location is both ski-in/ski-out and an easy stroll to Main Street.

My adult son and I stayed at The Village on a Vrbo reservation. The condo was small, but5 it was everything we needed, convenient to Main Street, and definitely ski-in, ski-out. Second year in a row we have stayed at the Village.

My husband and I have been going to Breckenridge for Christmas for the last 8 years, and this was the absolute best location we’ve booked! So convenient for shopping, dinning, and of course the slopes! The room was nice, my only complaint is that the sheets did have some minor stains looked like dye or something. The hotel had lots to do and many hot tubs.

Great place to stay for access to slopes and dining experiences as well as shopping! No car needed once you get into Breckenridge, it’s all within walking distance! Can’t say enough about it, been coming here and staying in the peak 9 village every December since 2018.

The place is great but I would say more for two people than a family. Close to lifts and town. My only negative comment would be the sofa is not really a pullout with a mattress so for two children is a bit uncomfortable. Communication with the agency was top notch. Overall I recommend.

The property was very nice and very convenient for skiing, shopping and dining. However, the check in and checkout process was most inconvenient. Having traveled from the airport on a group shuttle, stopping for keys (18 miles away) was somewhat uncomfortable for me and the other passengers.

The condo could not have a better location related to proximity to the Peak 9 lift! Check in was a nightmare, but partially my fault. Since I made reservations months in advance, I did not remember to have the shuttle driver stop in Frisco at the office. Subsequently, I found that in trying to get from Breckenridge to Friscoe to pick up the door key cards that transportation in Breckenridge is a joke! The Uber driver declined to take me, there was no taxi service and the buses are confusing and take forever. A punch code door lock would have prevented this problem.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the garage parking access. The pull out couch worked for my 8 and 10 y.o. but would probably be too small for older kids. Nicely stocked kitchen. Comfortable King sized bed. The toiletries included were a nice touch. Lots of towels and heat lamp in bathroom. Front desk staff/concierge very helpful and stored our ski gear overnight.

Studio condo was a perfect stay for a summer week in Breck. Very close to Main St. Wasn’t able to park on site, I understand parking spots are scarce. I recommend parking near the ski lift area by the sign for horse stables.

Overall the place is great. Super location and clean and has everything you need for two people and one child. The reason for four stars is that the sofa is not a true sleeping bed. I have two children that barely fit and it doesn’t pull out like regular sofa beds. It lifts up in parts and so the sleeping areas are different and not much space. Also you must pick up key cards at a different location both before and after. A definite inconvenience especially when taking a shuttle. This is a hotel so I’m just confused why they haven’t made arrangements with front desk to accept these keys. That is my only complaint. If interested in staying as a couple here or even 3 people you are in great shape! It’s nice!

Clean, roomy efficiency. Great location to Lift 9 and Main Street. Would rent again. Two complaints, one, all the non-refundable VRBOb “extra” fees that may not apply to you as a renter, and the pickup of condo keys in another town not known to us until after payment.

The room is in a quiet corner with a great view. Easy check-in with garage parking. A block from Main St. and a short walk right to the lifts. Had no issues with our stay.
