Summary:
Experience a special piece of Breckenridge history in this flawless Victorian-style home. This charming and spacious 4 bedroom (plus bonus room), 4.5 bathroom home is conveniently located minutes from the slopes and is just a short walk to the shopping and dining of downtown Breckenridge. The home offers a unique layout with two separate living areas and a gourmet kitchen with updated elegance. This home is the perfect place to call home while vacationing in Breckenridge.
The Space:
Sleeping: Sleeps 10-12 guests. 1st Bedroom on main floor with Queen-size bed, Attached bathroom; 2nd Bedroom (Master) on upper level with King-size bed, Attached bathroom; 3rd Bedroom on upper level with King-size bed, Attached bathroom; 4th Bedroom on lower level with Queen-size bed, Attached bathroom; Extra Sleeping (Bedroom 5) Bonus room with queen-size pull out bed. This room closes off just like a bedroom. (sleeps 2). Pack n' play. Maximum overnight capacity is 12.
The Neighborhood:
Located on High Street in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, this home is just steps away from the best that Breckenridge has to offer. PARKING - 3 spaces (1 inside of garage and 2 outside of garage) - no exceptions.
Getting Around:
The Breck Free Ride bus stop is just out the door or walk four blocks to Main Street and you will be able to get anywhere within Breckenridge in a few minutes or less.
Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. Staying with LiveBreck Property Management is simple.
