Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Our party of 5 escaped to Breckenridge to get to cooler weather and do some hiking and fishing, but some time was also spent working remotely. This property provided us with a great location, quiet neighborhood, great WiFi & plenty of space for us to spread out for online meetings, etc., and we felt like we had all the conveniences of home - kitchen, laundry, garage, etc. Everything was clean and well kept. Could have been happier!

GREAT CONDO--PLENTY OF SPACE, COMFORTABLE SEATING AND SLEEPING EXCEPT BUNK BED WERE A LITTLE TOO FIRM FOR US. CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN. WE HAD PLENTY OF TOWELS AND BATH CLOTHS. MORE BLANKETS WOULD BE VERY NICE AND COULD USE MORE KITCHEN UTENSILS . WE HAD NO SPATULA AND COULD USE SOME SMALL MEASURING CUPS. THE BLENDER SHOULD BE UPDATED BECAUSE IT LEAKED AT BOTTOM. KITCHEN WELL STOCKED WITH PLATES , CUPS. AND BOWLS. HAD A GOOD WASHER AND DRYER AND NICE LAUNDRY ROOM/AREA. THE LOWER LEVEL WAS VERY COLD, WHICH WAS GOOD FOR ME BUT THE OTHERS FROZE. COULD NOT GET THE TEMP WARM EXCEPT IN BATHROOM. I WOULD RECOMMEND A BENCH OR CHAIRS IN GARAGE TO SIT AND TAKE SKIIS OFF. PARKING IS SUPER, SUPER TIGHT. IT TAKES ALOT OF MANIPULATING TO GET PARKED IN SUCH SMALL AREA. SHUTTLE IS ACROSS STREET FROM CONDO WHICH IS GREAT. LIFTS ARE A LITTLE BIT FURTHER THAN I LIKE TO WALK BUT WE DID TO SNOWFLAKE LIFT. OVERALL THIS WAS A GREAT CONDO AND AREA FOR PRICE. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

Not quite as depicted in photos, angles of photos made main space appear much bigger and more open. Didn’t seem that had been thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. Management did send cleaners to redo. Needs updating and paint. Decks unusable because dirty. Contacted property management, someone came out and just blew off deck, that doesn’t help if chairs not wiped down of layers of dirt. Some kitchen utensils not clean. Management should insure that things are clean after the amount charged for cleaning.

Fantastic stay with a few friends. The pull out couch was a bit uncomfortable and had some uneven areas but all other rooms were perfect. Location is cose to the shuttle stops but parking was a little tight for oversized SUVs (we had a chevy tahoe). Walk to the lift was a breeze in the AM, tough on the way back uphill for us out of towners. All in all, we loved it and will return.

Plenty of space for me and my 8 guests. The space was modern and equipped with everything we needed (iron, coffee, soap, etc) We used the bus every day because the stop was just steps from our front door. The pool was never used because it was kind of out of the way, but other then that, we will gladly rebook this spot. .
