Welcome to your cozy ski in/ski out mountain retreat in the heart of Breckenridge! This charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit (managed by Ski Country Resorts Vacation Rentals) is located on the third floor of Trails End Condominiums and promises an unforgettable getaway that seamlessly blends modern comfort with a quaint ski town atmosphere.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting space that spans 560 square feet. The suitably stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with all the glassware, dishware, and cooking utensils you could possibly need to whip up and serve your favorite home-cooked meals. Whether you're preparing a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or a romantic dinner for two, this kitchen has you covered. There's even a countertop bar where you can savor your culinary creations in the comfort of your own unit.

The living room is your haven for relaxation. Sink into the plush sofa and unwind in front of the TV, catching up on your favorite shows or watching a movie. The real star of this space is the gas fireplace, which exudes warmth and ambiance, creating the perfect setting for cozy evenings after a day of adventure. On sun-soaked days and during the glorious summer months, step out onto your private deck and immerse yourself in the serene forest views that surround you.

The bedroom is an oasis of comfort and tranquility. Featuring a brand-new King bed (as of July 2021) adorned with sumptuous bedding, it promises a rejuvenating night's sleep. You'll also have direct access to the unit's private deck, where you can greet the morning with a breath of fresh mountain air. Need additional sleeping space? The Queen sofa sleeper in the living room can comfortably accommodate two more guests.

After a day of outdoor excitement, pamper yourself in the completely remodeled (December 2022) luxurious stand-up shower. The bathroom is a sanctuary where you can wash away the day's adventures and unwind in style.

Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.

The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.

And if that isn't enough, guests also have seasonal access to the nearby Upper Village Pool Complex. Take a dip in the indoor/outdoor heated pool, unwind in the hot tubs or catch some rays in the relaxing sun tanning area (Please note that seasonal access is subject to Spring/Fall closures).
