“Die Wohnung ist schön & sauber. Allerdings recht dunkel, da sie in einer engen Gasse ist. Das war trotzdem ok, was uns allerdings richtig gestört hat war der unglaublich laute Nachtclub bis 3:30Uhr! Dieser Fakt müssten die Vermieter eigentlich im Voraus erwähnen!”

“The apartment was not clear to find. We had to try multiple doors on different floors to find the place. The owner did not reply to my question as to location for about an hour later. We were nervous getting our luggage up 2 floors of straight up stairs in the dim lit hallway. We sat on the bed in the main room and it was hard and lumpy. We decided this was an uncomfortable place and didn't want to fall straight down 2 sets of floors. We returned the key and notified the owner. We notified VRBO……

“The apartment is nicely decorated, and the location in old town is excellent. They are very clear before booking about the five flights of stairs with no elevator access. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, kettle, nespresso, and French press. The balcony is not large enough to use the table and chairs provided, only enough room for standing, and the balcony doors are very difficult to open. The house rules of taking trash down the street were not given on the VRBO platform, only……

“My husband, myself and our 3 (two teenagers and a 11 year old) kids stayed here for 3 days. This place was clean and in a great location (just down the street from the promenade des anglais). For a small space it was well equipped, although we didn’t cook any meals there so I can’t say if it has everything you’d need to make a meal, but it has ample cutlery and dishes. The check-in process was easy. It was quite hot in Nice when we stayed there and I was worried about whether or not the AC unit……

“Unit was great very quiet, having lift was a must as on 4 th floor all amenities available well equiped great communication easy instructions to get key. Not sure where sea views are 10 min walk to tram to go down to beach area about 15 min ride would stay again”
