「the location is good, but the hotel is very out-dated. There was heavy smell of smoke on the hallway and the WiFi is pretty much unavailable.」

「The room is very spacious and comfortable with most of the necessary items included ! The bed is comfortable and big enough. I chose Junior suit for family stay which would not make us feel crowded. Though the hotel is no located right near Basel SBB station, it just takes 5mins bus (no.30 at station C next to Basel station) to arrive hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are silent and beautiful. I love this stay ! Moreover, the hotel provided us a card per head for taking the transport in Basel...

「This was a last minute booking as our daughter wan't very well. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very smart and I liked the interior design. The bedrooms and a selection of books on a bookshelf which was a nice touch, the bathroom was great, having a walk in shower and a bathtub. Breakfast was lovely. 」
