“Very clean and tastefully decorated cabin. Everything was just as pictured. Loved the hot tub and fire ring. Very relaxing after a day of hiking. Close to Rock Hose. Location was great. Definitely would stay again.”

“The Lakota is a beautiful designed and nicely furnished cabin in a wooded location adjacent to Hocking Hills State Park. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It has a wrap-around porch, comfortable outdoor seating and good lighting. We did not use the hot tub that was on the back porch, but a slight problem was that it made the interior of the house vibrate pretty much constantly. A couple of negatives: the lock box entry was not easily maneuvered. We could not get the DVD player to work;……

“Beautiful property! Private. Enjoyed the hot tub and gas fireplace. Some inexpensive items that would have improved our experience would be a night light for the bathroom and a dish rack. We couldn't find the remote for the tv and could have used more towels. I liked that hand soap and dish soap were available.”

“This was an excellent choice of cabins! Lovely setting, with all the comforts of home. The cabin was very clean and well furnished. We enjoyed relaxing on the covered porch, camp fires at night and soaking in the hot tub after hiking all day. The location is prefect; close to everything, yet feeling very private in the woods. The host had great communication and the booking, checking in/out was a breeze. We would definitely highly recommend! We will be back.”

“We had a hard time getting the email about checking in and how to get into the cabin. There were lots of bees around the front door and the balcony off of the bedroom. The address and sign for the property were hidden behind another sign and we had trouble finding it. There was a construction storage container at the end of the driveway and it made it hard to get in and out. Other than that it was a very nice place. Very peaceful.”

“Great location for hiking, not too far off of 33. We recommend bringing some bottled water if you aren't used to drinking off a well. Plenty of activities/games if you're stuck inside on a rainy day.”
