“Awesome Facility, Staff and Location. Great Market connected. Beautiful Pool”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“The location is great and love having a streetcar stop right outside. Room was clean and the downtown views are awesome. The rooms are very basic (even a bit more so than some newly constructed/renovated lower tier brands) and the whole property is a bit on the dark side. It’s due for an update but until then the price has tended to be pretty reasonable for the location (paid 350 all in for two nights over Memorial Day weekend booked a month in advance).”

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“Very nice hotel but bar staff was less than helpful. Told me I was next in line to order drinks then proceeded to assist others who were seated.”

“Room was not clean and very outdated. Customers were yelling at staff in the lobby every time we went downstairs because their rooms were dirty. Free breakfast/happy hour snacks were always empty and not refilled after multiple requests. Only good thing was the MTO omelet bar. The chef was very nice and professional. ”

“Beautiful place! Rooms are nice, smells clean. High traffic area but the staff work the customers like a well oiled machine. Lounge has good energy. Will always stay here when visiting the area.”

“We stayed overnight with our cat and purposely booked an accessibility room that was stated to include a visual fire alarm. The room was accessible for physical disabilities with wide bathroom door and walk in shower, it was not equipped for people with hearing disabilities such as myself. There was only a smoke detector without any strobe light, not useful for those of us who are deaf. The room was great otherwise but was a disappointing at best in terms of ADA requirements.”
