TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「I was Very satisfied with my stay, the staff and service were the best I’ve encountered at the Homewood suites locations. I was given a complimentary early check in. Breakfast is great, laundry room is operational, fitness center has good equipment, I was not charged for parking in their deck. I extended My stay several days, front desk staff made keeping the same room easy. Stall showers, no tub. Bathrooms are clean, entire building is just 1 year old. Room keys required to access room floor...

「Room was very clean, staff was pleasant. Noticeably quiet except for a continuous ventilation noise, but as it was continuous it wasn't particularly annoying. Good blackout shades. I had a nice view of the fountain in Fountain Square. Location was very convenient for the convention center. I took the TANK bus to/from the airport and also well located for that. Lobby/first floor layout is a little weird, but nothing unmanageable.You have to join something to use their wifi, which I didn't feel...
