“It was in the heart of downtown the Louisville with loads of dining options. My husband and I travel to Louisville quite a bit so we know the area pretty well. Parking can be a challenge for this spot, but if you plan ahead, you can park your car your entire stay and get around downtown by foot because everything is so close. “Lovely little guest house. Quiet, pretty neighborhood in the Highlands, very convenient if walking or using the TARC. The house was well equipped and the bed very comfy. All of our dealings with Matt were very pleasant. We will recommend to friends and family and look to stay again ourselves in the future!”

“We were in town for a volleyball tournament which this was 15 min from the Expo Center but we had time to enjoy the great restaurants on the street. The accommodations were as expected. Just know the parking space is tight. Our Durango fit but our truck would not have. Communication was always timely. ”

“Very happy with cleanliness & new condition of items, especially both bathrooms. I didn’t see any indication in the description or photos that the rooms are on two floors with stairway which is somewhat steep. No problem for my group of five people…might be major concern for people with limited mobility.Please upgrade to have full size ironing board. We made the miniature table top board work, but it was disappointing. Please provide dish towels in kitchen…we made due drying dishes with paper……

“The host was very hospitable but appeared may have been new with VRBO. The property itself was newly renovated but lacked a number of items that we suggested when leaving that would assist future renters and provide a safer environment. The security check-in was problematic as the codes didn't always work and had to contact the host for a key. There were adequate towels, sheets, paper products, dishes, glasses, etc. but no dressers, towel racks or hooks so we improvised. Great for guys who……
