「We had a couple hiccups but Richard was very responsive and got us taken care of. 」

「My stay was okay. The property was very clean. I did worry a bit about the security. As a single woman traveling alone I found two things which stood out 1) the entrance to the property was very dark upon my arrival (I notified Richard that I would be arriving after midnight.). A lit porch light would have relieved some of my anxiety. 2). The bedroom window was unlocked and opened upon arrival. Other than that the stay was comfortable. The property was centrally located which was huge...

「Great apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Old Louisville has so much charm. The area is loaded with great bars that can be walked to with ease. Very safe day or evening. The architecture in Old Louisville is something to behold. Absolutely stunning. It seems like nothing in Louisville is more than 6 -7 minutes from the house. Bed was comfortable, kitchen worked well for our needs and the host could not have been nicer. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「This place is located near Churchill downs. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to Starbucks, Kroger, gas station, minutes from Kentucky Exp. Center. Air conditioning works great! Host has great communication and quick response.」

「Close to Churchill Downs, expo, Cardinals bb Field, liquor store, grocery and restaurants. Zoo 10 minute drive. Street parking, back porch/yard. Great kitchen (but we didn't use it). We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again.」

「The Catskill Mountain Oasis made for such a delightful trip. Greg's place was incredibly well-maintained and stocked with almost every single essential needed. The interior of the property was very well curated, with both the essentials and attention to detail. EVERYTHING was cleaned very well, and when we needed something replaced that we found broken at the time of use, Greg had his local property partner Dave help replace the item within hours.
