“Very happy with cleanliness & new condition of items, especially both bathrooms. I didn’t see any indication in the description or photos that the rooms are on two floors with stairway which is somewhat steep. No problem for my group of five people…might be major concern for people with limited mobility.Please upgrade to have full size ironing board. We made the miniature table top board work, but it was disappointing. Please provide dish towels in kitchen…we made due drying dishes with paper……

“The house was clean, minus a couple small hairs in one of the beds. The host was very nice when I met them at the property but communication before our stay was a nightmare. We booked the stay in March & our stay was in September. About a month before our trip I messaged to make sure all was good with our stay and heard nothing back. I then messaged again a week before our trip asking about check-in information. The only response I got was at 1am saying “check-in information will be given day of……

“I liked most everything except for the lack of soap in the wash rooms. It was clean and roomy. But the neighbors upstairs made it a tad noisy at night. I d give it 4.5 stars because Ty the property owner was great with communication.”

“These two units were perfect for our family. I would highly recommend to couples that are looking to spend time at the horse races or take a trip for the Bourbon trails. It was also close to the airport. The unit was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. All the appliances were like new. If you are Catholic and plan to attend mass, there are many churches very close. The host was also very accommodating to our needs and very quick to respond to our messages. ”
