「Close to Churchill Downs, expo, Cardinals bb Field, liquor store, grocery and restaurants. Zoo 10 minute drive. Street parking, back porch/yard. Great kitchen (but we didn't use it). We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again.」

「These two units were perfect for our family. I would highly recommend to couples that are looking to spend time at the horse races or take a trip for the Bourbon trails. It was also close to the airport. The unit was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. All the appliances were like new. If you are Catholic and plan to attend mass, there are many churches very close. The host was also very accommodating to our needs and very quick to respond to our messages. 」

「It’s an obviously new facility so very clean. Could use carpet and curtains to keep noise down and a better stocked kitchen for people who actually cook and bake. Some appliances and countertops are better for tall people. Plenty of thick towels and comfortable sleeping options. 」
