“This was an amazing stay. We got to town a little early and went by the hotel to see if we could check in early. Our room was ready so we could check in early. The staff was professional, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good.”

“We had no hot water all weekend and the elevator was not working. Lighting strike a day before. We were never told about the problem before we checked in. We found out the next morning when we went to shower after we ate breakfast. I went down to let them know and the assistant GM said we are working on it. No offer to refund our money and go stay somewhere else. Next morning still no hot water. After checking out I called the company and they said we were offered a refund!!!! LIES!!!!! The……

“Room was clean but could use some updating. Also the bathroom shower head was powerful but it leaked a little through the shower curtains so we had to mop it up a little. Otherwise, the 2 Queen beds were very comfortable to sleep in. It was also a quiet room but the occupants in the next room were walking around and we can hear and feel them walking around. A/C worked fine but we were using the heat more during the evenings. We skipped breakfast altogether.”
