"We did not stay it was so nasty. From the check in to us leaving and not staying....the whole experience was awful. We were actually given a replacement room after our toilet didn't work which had someone in it ALREADY. The next room smelled like carpet cleaner so bad we left."

"The hotel staff were very nice and the hotel was clean those were good things. Overall the hotel needed some upgrades. The bed was awful, hard as a rock and every time you moved it sounded like it would fall apart. I did mention that to the staff before checking out. The showers are uncomfortably small, it’s very hard to shower with the extremely small space. The hotel felt more like a Days Inn and an $90 a night hotel vs the $153 we paid for the night. "

"This property looked recently updated and everything was in very good condition (furniture, decor, etc), and was very pet friendly. I was really very surprised because it was very budget friendly pricing and so I expected it to be a bit run down. The stuff was friendly. There was an issue with my room because I booked a king size (at time of booking it said 3 available), but when I checked in at 2:30 I was told all they had available was 2 doubles. It was ok enough with me and the staff was friendly about it but it was not what I was expecting. Since the place was so nicely kept though, I over looked that minor detail. Overall, nice stay for a great price."

"This hotel is definitely geared towards people visiting Bardstown to explore the bourbon industry. Neither of us like bourbon but still had a great visit. The hotel is really well done. The food was wonderful and the staff was super friendly. The hotel is only 1 year old so everything is shiny and new. "
