「We enjoyed our stay and if ever back in Kentucky would book again. It is extremely convenient for Bardstown distilleries and pretty close to Louisville. Very quiet and relaxing property with plenty of privacy. There are two things I would point out: 1. It is a haul to the Frankfort/Lexington distilleries. If that is your plan you might want to book elsewhere. 2. The bathroom is tiny, and I mean tiny. If you are on the larger side you may have some issues.」

「Front desk staff on check-in seemed to have an attitude. Were not friendly. Different workers in eating area were friendly and helpful. Check-out staff were friendly.」

「Breakfast was decent, staff was good, room good have been a little better, A/C needs updating, it was having a hard time keeping the room cool with the heat outside, the walkway, stairways and outside areas need a daily cleaning.」

「Hilton properties are not what they used to be. This hotel and the staff are a good example of that. Very unfortunate.」

「Checking in was easy, once we figured out the office was off the courtyard. The sign says "check-in kiosk", but it is an office staffed until 10pm. The young lady that ran the office was super nice and helpful. The Bardstown Motor lodge is nicely restored as a mid-century modern motel. We had a suite which was very large, by motel standards. The bed was extremely comfy! The living room area had a sofa, side chair, small dining table and 2 chairs, a wet bar with a sink and under-counter...

「There was a cockroach on the floor. There was no iron to iron the clothes. They told us we could check in early but when we got to the property they said we couldn’t. And because we had just came from a 9hr road trip it inconvenience us. I will never book again!」
