“Front desk personnel were great. I even witnessed the manager expertly, politely, and professionally deal with a rude, upset guest. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The only down side was that a guest in the room above me was very loud. I asked the desk to ask them to keep it down. He either didn't speak to tue guest or the guest (which is most likely) just ignored him. Otherwise a nice stay.”

“We checked in around 5pm on a thursday abd the had given our room to another couple one of which said they were us because they had the same last name. They were ataying 1 nighr and us for 3. The Manager offered to put us in another buikding tgen we would have to move to the room we were supposed to have the next day. I refused and insisted they mive the people who were in wrong room to begin with. The manager agreed and comped us or the one night because if the mix up. Parking at this hotel is……

Upon arrival, we were informed that the room we had originally booked was unavailable. Instead, we were offered a different room at a reduced price (from $160 to $135). However, this replacement room was of substantially lower quality and did not match the listing we selected at the time of booking. The conditions of the room……
