Luxury cottage, big terrace, marvelous view

The house is a fantastic 140 m² stone house, the ideal base for discovering the cultural beauties of Vicenza, Verona, Venice, Lake Garda or to recharge your batteries in complete privacy.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, an entrance room with a elegant eating table, a living room with a comfortable bedsofa, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
From 1 to 7 people can stay comfortable in the house.

The romantic private garden (completly fenced) and sunny terrace are an ideal place for relaxing, sunbathing or dining with friends.
The house is located on a hill surrounded by a medieval old village with a castle on top. From all the windows you can enjoy a wonderful view over vineyards, olive trees and the beautiful valleys.
Nearby, there are all the shops you need to make your stay perfect. We recommend our favorite restaurants, small factory sales and attractions in the area. Above the house, about 5 minutes away, is a beautiful oak forest for walking or mountain biking. There is also a very challenging golf course.

Vicenza and its surroundings are economically very active and dynamic. Combined with the old historic buildings, this gives a very nice blend of tradition and modernity. There are many very tasty restaurants, wineries and historic places. The main roads are also easily accessible: the motorway is only 5 minutes away. The train station is 8 km away. The property is located between Verona, Vicenza, Padua and Venice.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem wunderschönen Haus. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, der sich auch wohl gefühlt hat und der eingezäunte Garten war prima für ihn. Die Aussicht ist wundervoll und hatte an Silvester einen besonderen Reiz. Der Kontakt mit Sandra war unkompliziert, sie reagierte auch immer schnell und hat uns mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants versorgt. Alles bestens!!

Herrliche Lage, schönes Haus

Von A bis Z alles top! Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super. Von Anfang an freundlich und bis zum letzten Tag immer erreichbar. Egal um was es sich handelte, Sie hat uns immer geantwortet und weitergeholfen. Das war sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich hübsch - ein altes Haus mit schönen Details. Es mangelt an nichts. Beautiful house in a beautiful location

Located in a tiny hamlet on a plateau above the small town of Brendola, the house was very peaceful. The view from the terrace of the valley below and the Alps to the north was really nice. It was a bit chilly when we were there, but this would be a wonderful spot for dinner cooked on the provided grill, or for a drink. The location fit our needs very well, but if you like to be where the action is, and walk to nearby bars and shops, this is probably not the house for you. The house was very clean and well equipped, and the interiors were decorated in a crisp, modern style, exactly as shown in the pictures on the listing. One thing to be aware of is that some of the stairs had partial or no railings, so it might not be a good choice for people with mobility problems or small children. Sandra was very helpful, promptly answering our questions and offering advice about local places to visit. If we are ever in this area again, we would certainly stay here.

Ausgangspunkt für wunderbare Ausflüge ins Umland

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in Brendola. Von hier aus haben wir Ausflüge zu Palladio, Tiepolo und Julia unternommen. Einkaufen im Ort, kochen in einer hellen, großen Küche und eine große Terasse zum gemeinsamen Essen-wir haben die Abende und das Frühstück sehr genossen. herzlichen Dank für das feine Feriendomizil.

Tolles Haus und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten im Umland

Brendola ist zwar kein Urlaubsort aber, da zentral gelegen, hervorragend geeignet ruhige Urlaubstage mit Ausflügen in die nähere Umgebung zu verbinden. In unter einer Stunde Fahrzeit sind Venedig, Padua, Vincenza, Verona und auch der südliche Gardasee zu erreichen. Das Haus sicherlich einige hundert Jahre alte Haus ist liebevoll renoviert worden und versprüht einen umwerfenden Charme. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub nötig ist. Die Vermieterin ist ein Deutsche und kümmert sich intensiv um alle Anliegen ihrer Gäste. Wann immer eine Frage auftauchte konnten wir sicher sein, dass diese schnell und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet wurde. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können diese Domizil nur empfehlen.

We stayed in this lovely house , hosted by Sandra , to celebrate a special birthday . We could not have been more delighted with the house and with Sandra's friendly and helpful communication throughout the booking , the check in and our wonderful stay . A wonderful property , beautifully and imaginatively restored to capture the sunlight at all times of the day , totally relaxing and a sensorial treat . Brendola was a very friendly town and we felt at home immediately! Easy access to the Autostrada for Venice , Verona and beyond . We will return , hopefully often !

Great location and in an attractive village. Excellent property which meets all your needs.

The house is located in an attractive village with lovely views from the house and village square. The house is well equipped. Good quality furnishing with bright and airy rooms. Garden offers a relaxing outdoor space. The owner was very helpful upon arrival. Great place to visit Verona (a must), Vicenza and Padua. We took the train via Vicenza to Venice. Train fares cheap compared to uk. Nearness to motorways means you can travel further eg Mantua, Lake Garda, Ferrara. We also enjoyed Chioggia. There are local supermarkets and restaurants. Though you cannot park outside the house, you can park in the village square - which is a two minute walk - plus another nearby free car park.
