Very friendly staff! Unfortuantely, wifi was not working. Nice playground area for kids and our child loved the kids room and breakfast. Great destination for senderism and skiing.

Good hotel at great value. Friendly staff. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner. - Need better hairdryers, no power. Steam room was not hot enough. Shame solarium was closed. Sauna opening hours should be extended. Would be good to rotate the salad buffet a little, repetitive We enjoyed our stay and would return

Disappointing

Out of all the places we stayed during our 16 day family vacation/European road trip, this is the only one that was a total bust. We're not picky or hard to please, but from the rude attendant during check-in to the ever-present smell of cigarettes, to the loud neighbors and run-down/dated furnishings and uncomfortable beds, it's honestly difficult to find something nice to say. Breakfast was good and included in the price. There. That's one nice thing. Bottom line: it's a dump. Do not recommend.

Lovely welcome letter when arriving very late (Reception unattended after 22:00), importtant to phone in advance to arrange for key. Ph.no wrong on hotels.com! EUR2.70pp tax in addition to room rate. Large room with small TV. No coffee/tea facility. No glasses to drink from. No fridge or safe.

Zeer vriendelijke personeel, erg vriendelijk voor de hond. Nette badkamer, iets verouderd, kleine douche ruimte. Wij vonden de bedden iets te hard, maar als je daarvan houdt dan is het prima. Kamers hebben een balkon met uitzicht op de bergen.

Der Eingangsbereich ist wenig einladend, das Zimmer aber sehr schön, geräumig und modern. Restaurant mit Pizzeria im Haus und gutes Frühstück. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Lage direkt am Lift.

Genügend Parkplätze. Sehr freundlicher u. hilfsbereiter Empfang. Großes Zimmer. Für uns waren die Matratzen etwas Hart und das Bett sehr niedrig. Zimmer hatte Balkon u. war nach hinten gelegen, somit ruhig. Mit angeschlossener Pizzeria und Halbpension Restaurant.

Hotel immerso nel verde con area giochi per bambini, camera nella media. Cucina del ristorante buona come la colazione. Purtroppo la nota negativa sono state le signore del ristorante, diciamo poco cortesi. Assurdo inoltre far pagare 4,5 euro una caraffa di acqua del miscelatore. In ultimo siamo stati sorpresi nel dover lasciare la camera di primissimo mattino in quanto con stupore e sorpresa, al nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto al nostro arrivo che c’era una gara ciclistica e quindi la strada veniva chiusa alle 09.25 e ciò non ci ha permesso di sfruttare la giornata.

Wir hatten uns aufgrund der Bilder und die darauf abgebildeten Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder für das Hotel entschieden. Leider haben wir nur die Hälfte der Möglichkeit, Hüpfburg war bspw. nicht verhandeln, vorgefunden. Auch finde ich es persönlich unverständlich warum eine Sauna nur bis 19 Uhr geöffnet sein muss. Ansonsten war alles wie erwartet. Wir waren nur 1 Tag vor Ort, daher kann ich nicht mehr über Hotel und Umgebung sagen.

Essen in der Pizzaria war lecker. Personal war sehr freundlich. Betten waren nicht ganz so bequem ( Matratzen sehr hart). Aber für eine Nacht war der Aufenthalt gut.
