「We have stayed in this hotel for two nights. The overall experience is very good and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is located near to an underground station and it is very convenient to travel. There is free parking for us to park our car. When we first arrived, we are impressed by the warm welcome of the staff and the user-friendly design of the facilities. The quality of the breakfast is good and we enjoyed very much. 」

「酒店出距市區太遠，從市區地鐵入須乘15-20分鐘地鐘，到站再行約15分鐘才到。如下雨天或寒冷會做成不便。出地鐵後問路往酒店不容易找到知酒店位置的人。 早餐全是簡單的凍食。 但房間大，床也舒適，員工也熱情」

「Service is very friendly. Breakfast is so nice and variable. Bar is good. Room is so clean everyday. Location is a little far from the station which might need around 10~15 minutes walk.」

「Don’t go this hotel. You better to stay in a hostel than here. There is no sound isolation in the room at all. Someone walk in the upper floor makes huge noise, someone pee in the next room, you hear everything. The door lock is broken, the carpet is dirty and broken. The only positive thing is the reception guy. Just pay a bit more and go somewhere else 」

「A simple, neat and tidy hotel in a quiet but convenient neighbourhood, 10 minutes walk from Golders Green tube station. Facilities are pretty old but all work fine.」

「really stunning beautiful place , your in your own little world there and the clean and care put into the rooms is spectacular! However the area is a bit of a letdown just due to people throwing fireworks and the level of noise but that can’t be helped by the owner and it’s not a reflection on them at all it’s just a shame as it’s such a lovely place to say in itself. 」

「I recently stayed at The Brondesbury near a month. Positive side - Offers some excellent free amenities - Daily free coffee before 9:30 am was a nice perk, and having access to a free cinema room and gym was a great bonus - Location of the hotel is also convenient, and the kitchen facilities were good, providing a full set of cooking equipment. However, notice a lingering strong curry/masala smell inside the microwave-oven. Negative side - The availability of free or paid latte seemed...

「Stay like a home It was a fantastic time to stay in Hampstead with Oak & Poppy! The facilities are authentic and modern, with very quiet surroundings so we had a rest very well. We would definitely like to come back here for the next holiday. 」

「When I checked in I think the gentleman tried speaking slowly to make me understand easier cause I am a foreigner. It’s an old historical hotel and I think the founder love poem, I can see from the declaration. Anyway they provided the best breakfast. 」
