「Tim’s accommodations were exactly as noted, it was perfect for us. Very comfortable all around, and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway. The accommodations were very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to our questions and privacy was never an issue. We will stay with Tim again in the future if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks for everything Tim. 」

「Had to Uber everywhere. The property was nice - but long hallways, felt a little scary. The penthouse should definitely update amenities. Bath towels were mix match, bedding felt and looked older. King room didn’t have a tv. Over all the place felt plain and not worth the money. Cleaning crew could definitely do a better job. Crumbs on kitchen floor, table had a grease film on it , crumbled up towel paper in bathroom drawers. We would definitely choose a hotel closer to broadway and feel better...

「This house was very clean, very pet friendly, and it was in a great location in relation to things to do in Nashville. The house is in a very noisy area and the neighborhood can appear fairly sketchy, but it is safe. Overall I'm very pleased with our stay. The host was very communicative and responded quickly. The kitchen is well stocked with equiptment as well. There is also an amazing Thai restaurant within walking distance called Degthai. The two fenced in front and back yards were great for...

「The place is very spacious, enough for 2 kids and 2 adults to have their own space. Nice view of the city. If you don’t mind the walk, you can get to downtown. Area is quiet since it’s far enough from the main busy areas. 」

「Great little place. Wanted to let you know that the only door that was locked when we got there was the key code door. Both front & back doors were unlocked. Also you have a problem with the Internet for the tv. It worked one day out of four. No biggie for us as we were just wanting to see the morning news. Just hate for you to pay for something that needs repaired. We loved staying there. Saved your info hope to get to come back some day. Thanks for everything. 」
