Lontano dal centro di Bressanone, FUORI DAL MONDO

L'hotel non è posizionato vicino al centro di Bressanone, ma a circa 12 km di distanza, questo non combacia con quanto scrivono loro dove indicano l'hotel a 3 km dal centro di Bressanone. Questo ha comportato disagi per il mio soggiorno in quanto ho fatto solo una notte per il festival luci e acqua.Inoltre il proprietario non ci ha accolto con cordialità, neppure un sorriso. Solo il giorno che siamo andati via si è concesso un sorriso e una stretta di mano. Non è questo il modo di accogliere i clienti. Mi spiace ma credo non ritorneremo.

Panorama incantevole, un'oasi di pace.

La posizione è molto tranquilla, ma un po' scomoda da raggiungere. La vista è incantevole. L'hotel di recente ristrutturazione, con camere molto accoglienti e confortevoli, con arredi in legno chiaro. Personale molto gentile e cordiale. Ristorante di ottima qualità. Qualche problema con la connessione wi-fi.

Distante e con scarsa segnaletica sulla via per raggiungere l'hotel. L'hotel puo' essere tenuto in migliori condizioni. Manca una sala interna di attesa e riposo degli ospiti. Accoglienza scarsa. What you would expect from a family run 3-star hotel. Friendly, helpful staff and rooms with a great view of the Brixen valley and mountains. Close access to the Plose cabin car in St Andrea (by car)
