「The room was clean and smelled good, they had fluffy pillows and lots of them. The check in was quick and easy and they had cookies and coffee at check in. Breakfast was great with a variety of offerings! They had an indoor and outdoor pool but we stayed in the room and watched TV.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Holiday inn- Arden Hotel! The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly, making it a great place to relax and enjoy our vacation. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely stay here again. 「They are trying to renovate an old Victorian house, but really do not seem to have any experience with hotels or B&B's. The room we had was painted poorly with messy paint lines at the trim and paint drips on the floor. The caulking in the shower was comically bad. The shower was quite small. We waiting several minutes for the hot water in the shower and eventually took two back to back cold showers . There was no table or dresser to put our stuff on, so we had everything on the floor.
